Honestly love this place! Last year, Tina was so amazing but she left. Mae has been working here at that time too and has taken over recently since Tiffany left. She really is an amazing sweet person and so happy she continues to work here.Never had any troubles with maintenance. These complexes are huge and maintenance has always done their best at providing fast care, it can just be difficult navigating for them through schedules of other people but overall I love the maintenance team!!Thank you for being good to the tenants here, any time I call the office they are extremely polite and don't have attitude ☺️

I’ve been a resident here for about a year and half. The community is solid overall. Never really had a major problem with the unit. Parking could be better, but hopefully that can change eventually in the future.Although the service is the main thing that amazes me. Mae has been nothing but great to my family ever since the day we came to check out the complex. Spot on communication and always follows up. Very thankful for her and the team.

I originally paid for the application fee and the holding fee but was not able to view the unit until 2 weeks later. When given keys to the unit, it was for someone that had disabilities and also on the 1st floor which I did not agree with. We then was offered a 3rd floor unit, but then was told it was $300 more! We went ahead and cancelled the whole move with Aspen of Belvedere. They refuse to give me back the $250 holding fee, which I believe is completely unprofessional on their part as I was not given the unit agreed on. The apartments are beautiful, but this was one of the worse move-in process I have ever experienced! Time and money down the drain!

We lived here for a little over two years and just moved out in July. The people that work at this community are top tier - quick to respond, efficient, kind, empathetic, I could go on and on. The property itself is well maintained, clean, and a generally safe place. I never felt unsafe walking around even at night, but there has been reports of vehicle theft from other community residents. This is not a fault that’s isolated to this property - you will find this almost anywhere in south king county. Any concerns were addressed immediately by property staff. My neighbors were pleasant and friendly.I’m amazed at the service and experience we had here. They made the move-in and move-out process easy and seamless. Tiffany and Mae especially are great to work with. I’m so grateful for the time I spent in my little apartment home at Aspens at Belvedere. Thank you!!!!

Nearly $500/month increase over two years. So many other problems.Don't know which building J Paul brandon or Machias Grey were living in. I could regularly hear heavy bass outside, and from neighbors. Trash regularly piled up as well. The dogs regularly left messes.Brandon Creecy, how often did you interact with management? I would say don't believe any of the 5 star reviews.How are we supposed to contact main office? The website doesn't make it clear who owns the property.

Me and my wife are current residents here. We just wanted to say that the staff here is very kind and extremely helpful. Especially when we had an issue with our bathroom, Mr. Seth with Maintenance diagnosed the issue and fixed it just like that!And just know, you are in good hands when you speak to the front office. They work very hard for the amount of staff available at any given moment. And very caring! 10/10 we recommend

Maintenance is incredible. Schmidt was amazing.I had water coming from my bathroom and call over to the office and May was quick to get Schmidt over here. Schmidt found the problem call the carpet cleaners and my place was cleaned and looking good for company to come over later that night. Give the staff and maintenance 5 stars!

The maintenance service manager Schmidt did an excellent job fixing my fireplace, and completing other things in my apartment. He is always very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Whatever, needs to be fixed he is able to take care of it the first time, and the work is done in a timely manner. Thanks again for the wonderful customer service.Thanks,B. W

I moved in the Apartments almost 2 months ago. When I moved in Tiffany was my point of contact and she was nothing but God sent. She was patient in helping me find the perfect apartment that met all my needs. On the days when she was out of the office Mae was her dynamic duo. Both ladies made my move in experience so smooth and painless. Even after I moved in their hospitality and friendliness continued and that shocked me the most. I wasn't expecting it to continue after I signed my lease but it did! That goes to show that it was truly genuine and wasn't just so I could move in. A few weeks ago when we where hit with ice storm, me being new the ice and snow tried to brave the ice and ended up getting stuck. Schmidt was so helpful and came to the rescue. He poured bags of salt around my car and waited until the ice melted to make sure I was able to move my car. If you are considering moving into these apartments, I highly recommend it. The team they have here is wonderful!

Schmidt was extremely helpful when my wife was stuck in the ice! He went out of his way to get salt and freed her car. I was not in the state and was relieved to know that I could count on friendly people to help in times of need. Thank you Schmidt !!
