Excellent service! 32 years experience and was friendly! I came in with no appointment and Masud had all hands on deck helping me. Just came by since it was a few minutes away from the home. I had a minor license plate issue and had blots rusted onto the trunk. Done in 15 minutes! I was blown away when he said it was free of charge. It's hard to find good businesses like this. If I ever have any car issue I know where to go! Thanks Masud!

Masoud is very knowledgeable and friendly and also offers very reasonable price. Unlike most mechanics I've seen, they focus on what's best for the customer, not to make the maximum profit out of customers.

Great guy. Dependable and knowledgeable. James made it really easy where other collision companies were delayed and complicated. I saw his review went th see there he completed soon.My new car was rented on Turo and had a collision, so the body had to be repaired through turo insurance.

Oh my—this place was so refreshing. Masood was super knowledgeable and *extremely* friendly. I called their Bellevue branch for a tow to a mechanic, as my truck wouldn’t start even after I had tried to jump start it.The tow driver, Masood, showed up early, and was able to quickly fix my battery issues on the spot for no extra charge. He saved me what would’ve probably been over $1000 on mechanic and towing costs.They showed incredible customer service and courtesy, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough to anyone!Service: Battery

came in last minute and i am very SATISFIED!
