In the past, I've criticized our postal delivery for an inordinate number of misdelivered mail (both not receiving expected mail and receiving other people's mail). Also delivery left in a puddle outside our garage when we have a locking mailbox at the curb. I complained to the postmaster. He was initially defensive but has since provided personalized service. Maybe it's the complaining. It also seems like he's making an effort. The actual post office building is much cleaner and nicer, although they could work a bit harder on permanently getting rid of that nasty pothole. In the past, I would have offered a 1 start, but I'm now offering a 5 star because of the seeming sincere effort at improvement.

This post office has to be the worst one I’ve ever had to deal with. Every single package sent by them, they’d place a pink slip in my mailbox and say that there isn’t a secure mail location. Despite them going to the wrong location and ignoring instructions and directions multiple times. The driver refuses to just deliver the packages at our house. And we’re also not the first tenants to live here. They also do not answer their phone 50% of the time. Avoid this place if you can.

I understand if you can't turn around can't drop stuff off. But I paid 200.00 for a package box and some of the boxs, I have been told to pick up would have fit. because the road is out it now take me much longer to get there. Wait for it, they gave me only part of what was there for me so had to go back. Please check the name if you can't back up I don't want to go there more then I have to. Than you...

Very friendly and courteous staff. Clean building and parking lot. This is a rural area with many dirt roads with many potholes on them, so it is completely understandable that the drivers don't want to risk damaging their cars getting packages directly to your door. They have even made Saturday package pickup available because of this minor inconvenience :-)
