“I had originally called Simply Clean for a detail on our Lexus that had been sitting for quite some time . The car ended up needing extensive mechanical repairs before the detail could be done. Marcus went above and beyond for all of those repairs. He was very open, honest and dedicated to make sure it was done correct. “I happened upon this shop in a panic because my car was saying it was overheating and I went to the closest mechanics. These guys were great about getting it repaired for me and getting it done right. Since then I have brought my car in a couple more times for different things and it has always been a great experience. Very experienced crew. “We definitely trust our car to Silverdale Autoworks. They never fail to impress us with their courtesy and professionalism. We recently had our Audi Q5's brakes replaced. I was taken home in their courtesy van. The car needed a part so they picked me up (I live about a half hour away,) and gave me a loaner, free of charge, while the car was being repaired. “Had a great service experience. It's a small garage so it did take some time to get the vehicle in, but it was for regular periodic service nothing broken on the vehicle so no rush. Service was quick and communication with me from the shop was great. Would use again and would recommend it for German vehicles.”
