By not locking their customers out of their units when they are up to date & account is paid in full. After making arrangements with us & us paying for our unit thru the end of the current month, then decided not to honor the deal & came along about half an hour later double locking our unit & denying us access to our belongings, everytime we tried to contact anyone about just got the run around until eventually they just sold our unit out from under us without even giving us proper notice that they were selling it, so we lost everything, even though they also already knew that we had had a fire a few months prior to that losing a great deal of our stuff already.

I live near by and don't understand why the owners allow people to park outside their units and essentially live there with cars running all night long
