“First in-person interaction (after filling everything out online in advance) was with Lisa who at 15-mins to closing asked me to come back a diff day. Surprising but NBD. Returned a few days later and while I was finishing paperwork a woman stopped in to ask questions and was then instructed by Lisa to wait her turn. Then when I finished paperwork Lisa initiated to walk me up to the unit...and then advised the woman she'd need to go stand outside the store and await our return vs sitting inside, quietly where she was. I found this to be a rather odd and uncomfortable interaction because it's not like she was a threat or looking to take anything.And besides...there's cameras everywhere...”
“Circumstances led to me having o rush a move-out and the gentleman working the counter (Chris, I think his name was) was the epitome of professionalism and made my Uhaul reservation incredibly smooth and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend using this location based on the staffing alone!”

“It was my first experience with u-haul and I was quite stressed and uncertain how it suppose to work, not mentioning not being regular to drive a big car. The staff were extra friendly and helpful, while it's not even their direct \ main business there.Specifically, I would like to mention Richard who was who has helped me a lot by answering my first timer, inexperienced customer questions.Basically, most of the info \ actions could be done directly on u-haul web site, but it significantly reduced my stress level to be able to raise my questions in person with a customer oriented fellowThank you”

“I had a Good experience here. Unit Rent prices are fair for the area but expensive compared to other areas of the country. Truck rental went smoothly, even when needing an extension for my reservation. All 3 of The employees are honest and helpful, but especially the manager. She was particularly helpful and knowledgeable.”
“Took my work truck in for service. Called a head, brought it in, told them the problem. They immediately came out and fixed it within 20 minutes. Excellent service.”

“I'm not sure how excited anyone can get about a moving truck.... but we had solid service and no issues with our trucks (we rented here 3 separate times). We recently did a move from the east aide of Cascades to the West. This is hands down the best place we found going east of Seattle, unless you want/need to drive all the way to Yakima or Spokane.”
“Fast and friendly truck rental. The 16' truck had more than enough room for a 2 bedroom condo. Renting a truck from here was probably the easiest part of my move. Would definitely rent a truck from here again if needed.”
“Rented a 10' truck to move, estimated 10 miles for the move. Went 12 miles. Stayed within budget. Will use again if necessary. Only a couple of blocks away.”
“I literally called around 25 places in bellevue, Redmond and Kirkland trying to find propane for my motorhome. The gentleman I spoke to here said yeah we have propane I'll just have to move a few U-Hauls to get your back there and fill you up, and I extremely appreciated how accommodating and helpful he was instead of just saying sorry can't get your 25 foot motorhome in here to fill it with propane. Like most of the other U-Haul dealers I called.”
“I rented a van. Ideally a real back up camera would be better than the rear view mirror back up screen. I found it to hard to navigate distance with this type of equipment. Also it would have been nice to have blind spot side mirror lights. The side mirrors were great with two different seeing options. Close and far. The van was clean and easy to drive. The process to check out the van takes about 15 minutes unless you upload your drivers license before you get there. To return takes 1 minute. I did about 65-75 miles and it cost less than $30 to refill the tank to full.”
“It's amazing how much a good interaction at a store can make your day better. The two people running the desk at this U-Haul, Brittany and Jeremiah, made the entire experience chill and enjoyable. From the moment I called to reserve a truck, to renting it, and then returning it, I got a glint of excitement to talk with that crew again. I have been forced to move alot as of late and the experience is never a good time, but I actually didn't dread every second of it, thanks to them. If you have to move in or around the Renton, WA area, I don't think you could find a better pair to talk with and get a truck from.Not only was the business interaction great, but I can tell that Brittany and Jeremiah are genuinely good people. Truly the best truck rental experience. Which is not a phrase I'm sure gets said often but it is the truth!”
“Returned truck and trailer here. You have to park in a certain area near tool rentals and the tool rental people tell you where to park. After that pretty quick and easy process. Recommend.”
