“We have just rented a storage unit here after dozens of other units and I can proudly say this is my family’s absolute favorite. We originally went for a 10 by 10 and felt it was a little small for us and Mark helped us change our unit to a 10 by 15 without any trouble. I wish we had more employees like Mark who seem to actually love to help people. Great customer service, and clean.”

“This was one of the best customer experiences I’ve had. Ben was phenomenal and patient. I’d reserved a large unit but wasn’t really sure what it would look like so he showed me three different units at different rates. Ended up getting a unit that was less than I anticipated paying which was great. He chatted with me and had me out quickly with my access code and key lock. The storage itself feels safe, in a nice area and I like that you drive up and have secure access with the garage closing right behind. They also offer elevator access and trolleys to help with your stuff!”

“Guardian Vault has a great business model and is extremely secure. They have a very smooth process to open a safe deposit box and are much more secure than a bank. They even offer insurance for valuables which is something banks don't offer. They have convenient hours and are open even on Saturdays. They are right in my Redmond Ridge neighborhood and that makes it easy and convenient!”

“I can't stand public storage in general I have a unit on the 2nd floor at the 124th st Kirkland location. Elevator has been down for.a.while. Blake has gone above and beyond to help me with issues at the location
He gave me great ideas on how to move heavy items up and down th3 stairs. He helped me resolve issues with corporate also. He is a straight forward guy that gets things done.”

“One of the property managers, Pat, is the kindest most genuine person. I love stopping in to see her, see how life has been, check on price changes, etc. Pat always takes the time to walk me through changes, and really looks out for me. She found my sunglasses on the property before I had even realized I had lost them! She then went through the trouble of calling me to tell me she had them and when to stop by to grab them. The level of thoughtful customer service that Pat provides to her customers is rare in today's world, and is certainly valuable. Thanks for always making my visits to Public Storage so pleasant Pat!”

“I cannot praise Newport Way Storage enough! Ariel has helped me for the last 4 years of having storage there when I had issues with getting sick on the east coast and ing unable to return to deal with my things. They allowed proration until I could get back, which is unheard of with big storage companies. They also did not excessively raise rates like Public Storage did with my Lynnwood space during this absence.Ariel treated me with kindness and compassion, always endeavoring to be helpful like a good friend. This is the kind of customer service the world should strive for and that builds true brand loyalty.I enjoyed our interactions so much that I always looked forward to contacting her as it felt like talking to an old friend, and I am truly sorry to be leaving the space at last!It is a very safe, warm, and clean facility. The free move-in truck is an incredible perk!Could not more highly recommend renting here!”

“Quick and easy. I made a reservation, showed up and checked out the unit, then signed the paperwork. FYI, they require a special type of lock that they charge $20 for and will charge you an extra fee for required insurance ($5000 policy with a $100 deductible). Those fees didn’t bother me, but I wish that would have been more clear on the website. Overall an easy and fast experience. The rules are simple and clear, don’t make a mess and you have access to your unit from 6am-9pm.”
