The service was great. The staffs are so friendly and helpful.
That was my first time and I’m happy with it.

We recently had a very bad experience with this clinic. Our sweet baby was misdiagnosed and is now blind because we were not directed to the urgency and the right treatment. The doctor handed me a piece of paper on Friday evening, suggesting that I take my dog to the ophthalmologist first thing on Saturday morning, knowing very well that no ophthalmologist would be available on a weekend. Later, we found out from the ophthalmologist that the medication she prescribed aggravated the eye problem, resulting in her permanent loss of vision. I wish we had taken her to the Lynwood emergency care (which the doctor DID NOT RECOMMEND) on Friday evening, or any other emergency center, as that could have restored her vision. Misguided information ruined my dog's life, and she is just 4 years old! Going forward, if such a situation arises, please give some better guidance to the parents instead of pointing them towards a dark room and expecting them to find their way from there. I normally don't give such bad reviews to anyone, but such a terrible thing should not happen to anyone.

Came here because it is several hundred dollars cheaper than other vets in the area. Front desk staff is very friendly. That's where the good recommendations stop. My cat needed a cardio consult and an echocardiogram for a heart murmur. They don't tell you when the appointment will be until a few days prior, and you have to drop your pet off for several hours then come back and pick up. Hope you are able to take a whole day off of work! I never got to meet the cardiologist who was seeing my cat or was even told their name. Some person called after the appointment and rapidly listed off three diagnosis with highly medical jargon. Then they asked me to make a decision about medication right then on the call. Didn't get the cardiology report until two days later. At no point during this process did anyone actually explain anything about what was going on with my cat to me. I called the day I got the report to ask questions, I was told no one was available and they would call back. I eventually got answers on the Friday after the Tuesday appointment. If you're on a tight budget, this is a great place to go. Just don't expect them to provide many answers or explanations without you pushing for help first.

I love SHVH! My family and I have been taking my pets here for years and they are routinely amazing. All of the staff and vets clearly care about their clients and do a spectacular job from new kitten wellness appointments to euthanasia. One of my dogs is nervous with new people and gets quite stressed at the vet, but the team always takes exceptional care of her. Dr. Becker is especially awesome, but every veterinarian here is wonderful. I highly, highly recommend them for veterinary care!

This is the worst vet I've ever been- This was the first time I went there and it is my last visit too. I will never give trust to this vet and recommand that people shouldnt take their pets there. （1）Stupid mistakes: we arrived 20mins earlier to do paper work as this was the first visit. The front office took the files to register my puppy's vaccination info and med history, but all the info they filled was wrong,even my puppy's name. They took away 4 pages of the files to scan and returned 2 pages to me. Lmao Seems like they were drunk. （2）Bad time management and inefficient process: the assitant came in and asked what happened, and after that,they took the puppy to the back to check. After 20mins, I heard my puppy cried and I asked them to return my puppy. They said the doctor didnt have time to look at her. So my puppy was left alone in a cage. （3）Horrible attitude: the doctor didnt show up to introduce himself until I asked him to come and check the puppy in the clinic room；the doctor didnt take a look at the notes the assistant got from me, so I needed to repeat the same content again. How inefficient the process was. It was impossible to trust this vet based on such practice. All the process was in a rush. When I asked him to explain something,he said I need to meet the next patient. Lol. They didnt care about the patient and only wanted to earn money. Im sure if I didnt asked him to come, he would never show up. (4)Unprofessionalism and shitty working quality: the doctor didnt read and analyze the Xray results. He was extremely unknowledgable, acting as a drive-through by passing all the things to outsourced orthopedic doctor. After he got back the report,he didnt have any take-aways, reading the report in a hurry, and asked me to go to orthopedic surgeon by myself. In all process,he just acted as a robot who only knew how to press the button of the xray machine. When I took the xray pics to consult other doctors, they commented that the xray picture of the knee was also vague.

I have had good to great experiences with this veterinary hospital/office.Once with a more urgent situation and again with a follow up issue.In both instances, the doctors & staff were knowledgeable, courteous and professional.Didn’t feel rushed into any decisions or pressured into doing anything & I believe my cat was well cared for throughout the visits.Prices were somewhat higher than expected for non-emergency care but seemed in line with what others are charging.Would definitely recommend & will use again.

Dr. Watkins and the entire staff of the vet hospital are absolutely wonderful. They are very professional, caring, and have been there in business for over 20 years. They have taken care of several of my animals over the years. They treat the animals with dignity and love.

After 22 years, more then $15,000, and many pets over the years, I will never go to this Vet clinic again! The rudeness and total lack of care or concern for my pets has reached a point I can no longer tolerate. Many other great clinics in the area and my pets deserve better treatment! Sammamish Highlands vet clinic has earned a 0 star rating!

Super quick and efficient service! They don’t push any treatment, vaccinations, or meds on your furry loves! They are quick with whatever medical attention your fur baby needs! My big baby never comes out stressed or unhappy. I would recommend 100%
