I never receive my prescriptions on time. When I call the pharmacy I chose to talk to a pharmacist. Never ever talk to anyone. Then next option is to leave a message. Doesn't let me leave a message. Very frustrating.

I don’t recommend this pharmacy at all!Those staffs here were shopping and empty their mind during the working time !!I arrived 5 mins before the appointment time and showed my insurance card. The pharmacy was totally not busy. This was just one lady before me. They called my name on 50 mins later and it was to check my insurance again! It’s ridiculous, since they did it in beginning ! I finally get my vaccine but it was 1 hour after the appointment time.

Terrible customer service, always with long wait lines and with very rude pharmacy technician (Vince), actually seems like the entire pharmacy staff

The staff and pharmacist are all very nice and try to be helpful however the wait time is ridiculous. Tt appears that there is only 1 pharmacist and 2 assistants working most of the time. They need at least 1 more pharmacist to ensure that customers do not need to wait for several hours to fill their prescriptions. Even though they are very short staffed, there are adds to encourage people to receive their immunizations there and have their pet medications there as well. This pharmacy is big enough to have 1 more pharmacist and assistant. To the manager - please value the staff you have and give them the extra support they need to do their jobs!

"Their incompetence is their main competency."I've run out of one medication, I put it through the automated system, I've been waiting over a week. They won't answer their phones ALL WEEK. I've called probably 20 times. Finally dropped in today and they said "oh your medication is here somewhere, we'll find it, and we'll text you that it is ready in about 20 minutes". Shock surprise, no text, it has been a couple of hours, and of course they won't answer their phones so I can't find out if it is ready (or not).I asked them why they weren't answering their phones, and they said "we've been busy", but when I got there, the line was empty and four of them were standing around chatting. One of them couldn't just answer the phone?They said "if you are out of the medication, you should have flagged it as urgent". I said "I did, and you still haven't filled it, and it has been a week".....At this point my only option is to go in there and see them, because the automated system doesn't seem to work, and they won't answer their phone.

They’re unable to fully fulfill a common medication even after 24 hours after the order was sent over, gave me a rude response when I asked for reason , I will do them a favor and transfer else where since it felt like they don’t have enough staff

I would not recommend this pharmacy. Consistently 15+ minute line, slow order fulfillment process, and their automated fulfillment notifications might as well not exist. Staff is unhelpful and seem bothered to provide assistance via phone. I transferred my prescriptions here as part of a promotion and regret it.

I love these guys! Excellent service and caring staff. They take amazing care of this old lady. Remind me of vaccinations that I need and help me manage my meds. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

All staff are nice except one disastrous pharmacist named Seong Lee. This guy managed to give my 60-year old mother a nightmare experience with a simple covid shot. First he brutally shot her in the arm without rolling up the sleeves completely, making it so painful that my mother described it as the most disturbing shot she ever got. Then Seong Lee gave her a vaccine card without filling up any dates. When we asked him to fill in the date, he filled the date as in 2024 instead of 2023 "by mistake". To correct the date, he rewrote a new vaccine card to us, and this time he misspelled her name. So I have to correct the vaccine card by three times in total. I don't believe one can make such idiotic mistakes by so many times if not on purpose. No pharmacy should hire such a rude and unqualified person as pharmacist ever. Everyone else is nice and skilled except this disaster.

Professional staff and service. I usually take appointments prior to showing up and have not had any issues with service from the manager or other employees. They are usually slammed and potentially short staffed at times so I don’t blame them to give priority to people with appointments. Nearly all pharmacies in the US follow the same protocols so filling online forms, getting appointments is pretty standard these days. Keep up the good work.

This pharmacy takes forever to pick up. Constantly under staffed. They forget to fill prescriptions and ask you to wait 15 minutes after you already waited 15 minutes in line. Good luck if you need to call them, they won't pick up.

Worst pharmacy you can imagine. Takes days to get one prescription ready with surprises that missing some of the orders medicines.
