Dropped our dog off at 1:45pm came back at 5:15 and they hadn’t even started his cut yet, was told it would be another 45 minutes. So what, my pup was just sitting in a cage for 3 hours with a bath somewhere in there? Then charged $50 for the bath with a half-a** apology. Ridiculous.

Tried to buy dog food using web to order then pick up. Big mistake: web page is not organized to rapidly whittle down choices to a confident purchase. A unit cost sort would have helped. That web portion rates a ‘1 Star’So I gave up and visited Brick and Mortar: I got excellent service and found an ‘in-store deal’ that was outstanding/made me happy to go to Petco. That portion rates ‘5-Star’.The average is thus 3 Stars.

The service was great, and I was able to use a reward towards my purchase, but the selection of products on hand (Acana 13 lb bags) was very sparse.

They won't take dogs older than 10 for a nail trim. Unbelievable!Nor do they call you back when you leave your phone number at the desk. Lousy service!

Absolutely will not get my dogs haircut here again. I'm not sure if it was this persons first day or if they were new, but I am very displeased with the final result. I wish I had more thoroughly observed my dog and the job that they'd done before paying and leaving a tip on our way out. Very rough scruffy look that isn't entirely even, left a ton of hair on the back of his legs and the entirety of hair around his butt which is the main reason we'd taken him in the first place. In the end we had to shave his butt ourselves and will have to even out his hair to finish the job. Not worth the money.

This location is unprofessional, every time I call no answer, leave voicemails, no response. Then when I finally get someone on the phone I get told “well im short staffed with my groomers.” Like how is that my problem they should still have a process to where them or a manager is able to check voicemails and get back to customers. It’s prolonging things when they ignore people and this has happened more than once to me, I just won’t be doing business here!

There are several pet stores in the area w better selection but this one has helpful , friendly staff.
