Pet Grooming
A Fur Affair Pet Grooming
648 228th Ave NE, SammamishWe had our first session and our dog can be a bit nervous, and due to that we can be a bit nervous leaving him places. They took wonderful care of him, made sure he was comfortable and his hair cut is one of the best, if not the best he's had. We have been having him groomed with mobile groomers but discovered the cost here is competitive, if not cheaper and the quality of work far exceeds our experiences with the mobile groomers.
As long as our dog is with us and we live in the area, we will be using A Fur Affair.

House Pet Vet Visits
704 228th Ave NE, SammamishWe had Dr. Amy (Cottrile) perform end of life care for our dog Cinnamon yesterday. She has such a compassionate and understanding approach to providing this service, due to her years of experience with ailing pets, and their families. She helped make the journey across the "Rainbow Bridge" for our 16+ year old Miniature Poodle/Pomeranian, who was blind, unstable and suffering from advanced cognitive decline, more of a relief, than a reason for grief and despair. This might not be the case for everyone who is facing this difficult decision, as some pets might have more rapidly progressing illnesses that make this decision more "pressing", but in our case, watching Cinnamon decline on nearly a weekly basis over her final two years, it was the "right decision" for our family. Thanks.

VCA Pine Lake Animal Hospital
2834 228th Ave SE, SammamishWow. Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. The staff should take a bow.
Get it?
Bow wow wow…
Anyway… This place is amazing!!
I have never encountered a veterinary office where EVERY single person was super warm, kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and genuine animal lovers. I would absolutely highly recommend.
My experience:
I received a coupon for a free initial basic exam so I called in to schedule an appt. I think I called on Monday and they had me scheduled by Wednesday. Monday afternoon they called to verify some information to get my dogs records sent over.. Tuesday confirmed the apt by phone. Wednesday my dog and I found our forever vet.
I walked in the door, weighed my dog and was promptly shown to an exam room. Before I had even filled out the authorization paperwork, the nicest vet tech came in. My dog loved her! She got right down on the floor and sat with him.. he LOvED it. The vet came in and did the same thing. There is nothing pretentious about the staff here. It’s simply refreshing, and I’m just so impressed! The love they have for animals is so apparent. The vet knew one of the dogs in the waiting room by its bark!
I can’t speak to technical skills of the veterinarian, Ericka, because we just went in for a basic exam, but I would trust her wholeheartedly to care for my dog.
Again, I would highly recommend. They also have separate entrances for cats and dogs.

Pet Sitting & Training
Cheshire Inn
618 235th Ave NE, SammamishI've boarded my cat here a handful of times now - I wouldn't pick anywhere else for my baby to stay. Anna really cares for the cats and the suites are clean, cozy, and a great size. They also have an Instagram page that they keep regular updates on so you can check on your kitty while you are away! There have been times at other places for shorter durations of stay where my cat had not been the same for a few days after coming home. At the Cheshire Inn, I felt like my cat didn't want to leave! I was very happy to see my cat healthy and happy when he returned home. I highly recommend this place.

BBK Tea
22526 SE 4th St Suite B-2, SammamishSo I have been to BBK tea multiple times and have alhad different reactions every time. First of all the fruit teas and the milk drinks on the menu that aren't fresh milk have a flowery after taste which I do not recommend. Personally, the best drink there is the Srawberry fresh milk with boba which tastes so amazing. Honestly anything in their menu which is fresh milk is amazing. Lastly, their popcorn chicken and regular fries are also delicious. :)
