I don't know exactly what these guys did to my car, but I took it in for a simple coolant leak, and it drives better now than it did when I bought it; the steering works better, the transmission doesn't stutter anymore, and the heater/AC panel functions now, where it didn't function at all when I got it. “We took our Infiniti and our Chevy truck. Both issues were solved same day and cheaper than everywhere local. ( very reasonable) Just call make appointment and they take care of the rest. “Had my wife bring my Honda Pilot for detail. This vehicle was in the garage for 3 months after a deer accident that left it without a windshield. For some reason, the shop that supposedly fixed my car left it very dusty inside and even left deer flesh still on the windows. Mark's auto detail brought it back to life and did an excellent job! Looks good as new! Highly recommended. They were on time too!”

I have been looking for a good Audi service shop for the last 3 years who can take care of my car with good detail and will not cost a leg and an arm.Well, Redmond Werkshop seems to be the perfect place. Not only did they take my car in the same day, their prices were much better than the other places I have worked with until now. They even checked my brakes and other things as part of the oil change.This is my go to place for future services for my Audi!”

“Nielson is one of those places that feels like a true small business that has a heart. My roommate's Kia lost its radiator when the water pump belt snapped on the freeway. I fixed the belt but didn't have time to do the radiator. To save money, we ordered the parts ourselves. When another mechanic fell through, we called around looking for a shop. Some places simply wouldn't give the time of day, others wouldn't install customer supplied parts, others just simply were too busy to get the vehicle serviced in a timely manner. Nielson got us in the next day, gave us the lowest quote of any place we called, and then bent over backwards to be accommodating when we picked up the vehicle. I will be bringing my personal vehicle in here and am grateful to have found a quality shop with good people on the east side!”

“The service was amazing and fast, they didn’t up charge me or anything and they were all super friendly. I had to get the track to my driver side window fixed and they had suggested I also get an oil change and a tire rotation, when I said I couldn’t afford it they basically gave it to me for free! On top of all that, my car door use to pop when I opened it from the left fender getting bumped back when I got hit a while back, when I went to pick my car up it didn’t pop anymore. “After an oil change at the BelRed location in Bellevue, My check engine light was on and the car running poorly. Returned immediately and it was implied that it was a coincidence. However, they sent me to the Woodinville outlet where they have an actual mechanic. I can't say enough nice things about Riley. He went through a thorough diagnostic process, explaining to me what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem, had the part the next morning and promptly fixed it.I know a bit about car repairs and his fund of knowledge is exceptional. He is very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Riley for repairs!”
