I'm not one to write reviews but I cant start to explain how great this store is. The staff is super knowledgeable and very friendly every single time I come in. They honestly put the customer in costomer service.

I visited the Sammamish Mud Bay last week to get my dog some special things the night before we had to put her down. It was a difficult shopping experience, to say the least, but the employees that were working that night were so incredibly kind and comforting. I wanted to say thank you for the kindness shown during a very difficult time.

These people are just the greatest, honestly. Although it seems like team turnover is high, everyone they hire is wonderful, knowledgable, and helpful. I can depend on getting good advice, as well as free treats for my babies, every time I come in.

This location has significantly decreased and stopped stocking for basic healthy food and small animals. You might as well go to Petco for poor quality products and safe money. The staff doesn’t do what they say they so order food. I placed a order a week ago and was supposed to get a call. No call and went in and no order was placed. Save yourself the frustration and go to All the Best Pets or Petco.

Great that they have a pet scale conveniently placed inside the store. I can weigh my dog from time to time while passing the store during our walk

I would like to give a shout out to the awesome team at Mud Bay, Sammamish, Leah, Luke, Jerimiah and Zach and others! My 13 YO goldendoodle was diagnosed with cancer and was not eating. Since Mud Bay Sammamish is one of her favorite places to visit, I took her there when she stopped eating. The team at Mud Bay were awesome, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable. They gave her love, suggested foods, and helped get her to eat! Thank you again folks at Sammamish Mud Bay!!

Wow! The staff here give amazing service. Am in shock. Came in with my wife desperate to find some treats/food for our Aussie as we were just passing by for 24hours and they provided us with a great selection of food samples and helped us pick out a few toys that were quite unique. Staff was super quick on their feet and didn’t hesitate to help. Probably the best pet store we’ve been in, wish they had it in Canada. What a great group of people. Thank you!

I have not shopped at Mud Bay often. But needed a little assistance with my 22 year old, sweet pup who is not getting enough nutrients in her daily diet. I popped in the other night to see if there was any thing that would be helpful to add to her food. The very friendly sales associate pointed out a few products that may be beneficial to her. I took them home and try them and came back actually to stock up on a few other flavors for her. I was blown away by the great customer service I received this evening with two of the sales associate who gave me samples and a welcome new customer gift certificate to use on my next purchase. I will definitely be back just for the customer service alone. I have a happy pup with these new supplement. Thank you for your suggestions! ?

Very friendly helpful staff. Store has lots of healthy options for dogs and cats. The best selection for premium brands and various brands that support special diets for pets that have health issues.
