“We had been searching for awhile for the perfect engagement ring and knowing that I wanted an estate circa 1920's ring I knew we were in for a challenge. I found EraGem on Instagram and instantly fell in love with their gorgeous vintage designs. Even though I was VERY hesitant about purchasing a ring online without trying it on, Meghan at EraGem made the experience seamless. With their happiness guarantee you don't have to worry at all. They even sized the ring for me and would still return it if I wasn't happy. Meghan's customer service, product knowledge and all around wonderful demeanor took the experience to the next level. I couldn't decide on a matching band because I couldn't visualize them next to the engagement ring, so Meghan took several videos of the different bands on her finger with the ring so I could see which one would look best. She truly went above and beyond for our very special purchase and we could not be happier. The ring is even more stunning in person and I absolutely love it! “Had Amazing experience coming to adjust the size of my Citizen watch. I have a very small wrist and fitting a watch can be challenging. Gentlemen at Olsen & Son's went above and beyond to make sure my watch fits perfect, making me try the watch on a few times until we found the best position of the links!The price was more than fair at $10 for watch size adjustment.The location was clean with welcoming atmosphere.10/10 ??”

I love shopping at Gilman Village and Bonnie at Serenity made our mother-daughter shopping trip so enjoyable. Charming and attentive, she helped us find what we were looking for plus much more . Serenity is now our go to store (also love E&A) so even more reasons to shop Gilman Village first. Reasonable prices, easy parking; we may never go back to the mall.”

“Fabulous. I stupidly snapped the crown and stem on my Tag Heuer Aquaracer. My watch was fixed up, with factory parts, on schedule. My battery also needed to be replaced, and was included in the original quote and not tacked on as extra. The shop is cozy, the staff is friendly, and it’s on the end of Duvall’s adorable main drag.”
“Frank is great! Very personable and worked with me to make changes and get the diamond cut I wanted for the ring. Prices are fair and transparent. The ring designs are the best I saw by far after looking around at nordstroms/macys/etc. Unique, elegant, and pretty. He got the ordering and alterations done very quickly, too. My fiance loved the ring and was super happy with how it turned out. We both highly recommend!”
“The service and quality at Marlow’s has always been amazing!We purchased a platinum diamond engagement ring and band through another retailer and brought it to Marlow’s for resizing. They were able to provide an immediate (reasonable) quote and intake my rings that day. The work was completed earlier than estimated, and with beautiful results. Beyond that Marlow’s has happily performed complimentary setting checks and cleanings ever since. I can’t begin to tell you what a relief it is to have a trust worthy jeweler to keep a watchful eye on everything!The experience influenced my decision to purchase my husband’s wedding band through Marlow’s. We similarly received wonderful service, including ordering multiple sizes to make sure he ended out with the perfect size and weight. “This store is full of goodies. However, if you try to donate please call before going. Two times in the last 6 months I've been refused when I tried to donate. Evidently they have more donations than they can handle. I still enjoy shopping here. You must call ahead to leave any donations!”

“Ronald is his name, Rogers is his last name. He is a genius. He doesn't like to answer stupid questions and texting is the best way to contact him, don't leave long messages, his time is valuable(he does love watches and clocks for goodness sakes)! All that said, he helped me resize a band for my wife's birthday present(a very important Bulova watch from her grandmother)and it turned out beautifully, he even showed me how to do it myself to fine tune the fit! He also changed the battery and set the time on a very important but almost worthless minnie watch for her as well(pictured). If you are just looking for info to then buy something online, go somewhere else. If you truly need a craftsman and a master of a dying art see Ron!!!”

“This store is such a cute store to visit. It is aesthetically pleasing to be in, has a lot of items to browse, but doesn't feel crowded. It is a fantastic store for gifts, home decor, or to treat yourself. Amazing selection from puzzles to shave balm to jewelry, to purses, to clothes, to home decor and items. I had fun browsing as did my teenager and adult daughter. Something for everyone. I thought prices were reasonable as well. Clerk was very friendly too. We will be back next time we are in Issaquah. This area is very cute and fun to visit.”

“Excellent store, very helpful owner. My wife had a few 22kt gold bangles which needed repair…they can be tricky since the gold is so soft. The work was done with great care and the repair is unnoticeable.Since we were so pleased, my wife also brought an older diamond ring left to her to be remade. Sandy, the owner, made up several wax casts and my wife was able to see how her new piece would fit and look.Sandy is very experienced, patient and fun to work with. “i'm visiting washington with my long distance boyfriend and while just stopping at this outlet mall he took me to this BEAUTIFUL PLACE!! i was so blown away by all the handmade pieces and artwork they had to purchase at reasonable price with the highest quality! eliza was so kind as to talk to us and explain each stone we asked about and even find pieces around the store they found fitting !! they was were so kind and the experience was ten times more valuable then i ever expected walking into a store. i found the most beautiful piece and she even offered to put it on hold and wrap it so nicely for my birthday. i'm so so happy with my purchase i'm so sad to not be in this area to have this store with me forever,, if you're in the area please do not miss out. thank you janis for opening such a beautiful store i wish i could've met you personally and thank you eliza for making the experience of the store so meaningful and helping me find an amazing birthday gift ! Agree that it mostly caters to teenagers but it was worth going there for me once. Not a whole lot of selection but I found a couple of adult business casual dresses and a couple of sweaters.”
