We decided to try out filing taxes in person this year and it was such a terrible and regrettable experience. The person assisting us was not professional, not transparent and seemed to lack experience..we felt as though we could have done it easily ourselves because all they did was plug numbers in a computer (which they also had trouble with)..we were charged $200+ for this dreadful experience. 0/10 would not recommend!

H&R Block in Sammamish does a great job. This is my eleventh year having them prepare my taxes. Anju does a great job and has been immensely helpful over the years. I have peace of mind each year knowing my taxes were prepared thoroughly and correctly.

Amy Tuvey is rude AF. I forgot I had dealt with her in 2018, when I was fresh out of college and had moved to Washington for my first job. I had questions on my taxes and she made me feel like s*** and didn't even help me, in fact told me I'd be kicked out of the country if things weren't right. She literally left me in tears by the way she spoke to me. Now 4 years later, not knowing she was the same lady I had worked with on hnr block, still is rude AF. Stay away from her. You're going to have the worst experience of your life.

My Tax Consultant, Amy Tuvey is amazing. In addition to be being customer oriented and friendly, she is super knowledgeable about international tax laws and stays on top of tax management in other countries. I get a govt. pension in India and not many taz consultants know how to handle that from other countries?
