Very professional and friendly staff. My daughter had great rapport from the team there and she had great progress made. The scheduling system could be better (calendar/account based where the families could schedule/cancel request instead of writing emails and hard to confirm. Credits though they are very responsive to the emails). Other than that, we are really happy with the staff and the service there!

My son has been taking English classes at C2, for his preparation for ACT test. At the beginning, he was not doing well. After about one year's training, he made significant progress, and did very well in recent ACT test. C2 provides lots of mock ACT tests, which are included in the package. The consistent practices and classes helped him a lot!Not only did we enjoy the test prep process in C2, we also like their college counselling service very much. The counseling is also included in the package. We receive guidance from C2 educators, and are more clear about short-term goals and long-term plans.

C2 has deteriorated a lot since the pandemic. They used to have tutors that would send consistent feedback, never mix up names with schedules and be more engaged . Very disappointing.

This place is great, the best thing is it is completely personalized so it helps you with all your needs. From SAT prep to helping with school subjects. All the tutors are really nice and super helpful.

C2 has helped get more confident with my sat and school. The tutors are extremely friendly and understanding. The front desk staff are really caring and give their best effort to make sure the student have everything they need and they also make sure they are not distracted and they are on task.

***PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU SPEND ANYTIME IN THIS CENTER***We checked this out for our 3rd to 4th grader for Math. The person in the front desk booked an appointment for the test and the test was for some 1 hr and 30 mins.And then we had this meeting with the center director which is supposed to be the read out of the results and let us know on the improvement opportunities. The center director spoke to us for an hour before coming to the logistical details like time, what level and price etc.,Now read this carefully before you guys invest any time on this place, for a 4th grade student who wants to hone his/her math skills, this center charges you approx $4,500 for 3 months or $7,000 for 6 months, which is roughly $1,500 per month (the money you would spend on a private school).I am surprised to see a lot of positive reviews to this place. Who would spend that kind of money just for math improvement classes for elementary school kids?Also the center director was very pushy, kind of forced into finalizing this the same day to make use of the 5% discount. She took such a long time to come to the basics and tell the bottom-line upfront.I respect other reviews and folks who go here, but based my instinct and experience, this is a day light robbery in the name of education.Check out The Tutoring Center of Sammamish, which is just diagonally opp side of the road (near subway). The folks at Tutoring Center of Sammamish are more professional, courteous and most of all not pushy.
