Very very non reliable people ! I have been using them for a year now and their prices are never same for same piece! Someday they will say it’s hand press, other day they will machine press and charge accordingly.
I dropped my shirts in morning and employee told be it will be 8.93 for 3 shirts! When I picked owner said it’s 27 for 3 as they are hand pressed and my employee didn’t knew that ! If she didn’t knew then y the hell is she interacting with customers ??? It’s pure daylight robbery !

In preparation for my son’s wedding, I bought a new suit. I took it here for alterations, including hemming and having the side seams narrowed. When I paid and tried them on, the hem was fine but the side seams ballooned out over my upper leg and narrowed over my lower leg. When I brought this to their attention, they said they would fix it. When I picked up the pants and paid a second time, the results were worse. When I pointed out the problem , they said the tailor could not fix the problem. I now have a ruined suit that I cannot wear. When I asked for a refund of the approximately $100 I spent they told me they would not do so. So now I spent $100 and still have to buy a new suit.

Tried using them for the first time this week. Went to pick up my shirt and they couldn’t find it. They asked me to return later when the boss gets in which was an inconvenience. With that said, went to pick up my shirt and they went through extra effort to get the shirt clean. Very reasonable price.

I haven't been here but just by calling I can tell you DO NOT GO THERE!!! Person on phone was rude & pretended Like she couldn't understand me & had to ask "silk" to someone else with her. Rude the way she answered to the way she handled the call.

Best dry cleaner in the NORTHWEST I have taken my beautiful cashmere sweaters and designer suits and they come out flawless - I have tried cleaners closer to my location and they shrunk and stained them. Make this your go to - they won’t disappoint

My wife and I only use Bella cleaners. They take great pride in their work and we can trust them with our delicate garments. The quality of their work extends the life of our garments. You simply can not get this level of quality from a cheap cleaner that uses synthetic cleaners and synthetic starch. Their service, kindness and professionalism is outstanding! Thank you!

I've been using this location for more than 20+ years, very convenient. The prices have gone through the roof, 22 shirts almost $50 to launder. Time to shop around. Consistent with other comments about significant price increases.
