They accused my mom of stealing and without any proof. When she asked for them to check the video footage they refused and asked her to remove herself from the store. There only piece of “evidence” was that the security system “beeped” when she walked out. She has been a customer here for 30 years. This is an absolute disgrace and you should be ashamed of how you treat your customers. I will be escalating this to the appropriate team.

Wow - we just realized there was a disconnect with an Urgent Care for a prescription. The Walgreens team was able to make the connection, talk through what needed to get filled, and get it solved. That may be the fastest prescription fulfillment - ever.5-Star & I'd give them more if I could.Thank you.

Typical wait times in person. This is as of Oct 17 2023. Before coming in store , I had to call twice to check prescription status and first time I had to wait for 18 minutes and gave up and second time I gave up after 12 minutes It is not just today. I lived in this community for 13 years and last two years this particular stores significantly degraded the quality of service and they don't seem to care

We called to ask if the updated Covid vaccine is available as we were told about the walk in hours another day by a female employee. A male employee in the pharmacy answered the call and used a very condescending tone to question who said we can do walk in and they accept walk ins for Covid vaccine. Come on - we know supply is limited but how about just being a decent human being and answering your customers politely. We live in the neighborhood and often visited Bartell when Safeway is busy. We will never consider this Bartell again even as a secondary choice.

Pharmacy is under staffed for the amount of business they have. Staff is professional and friendly. But the wait to pick up prescriptions is always long, about 15+ minutes in wait line. I have gone to pick up prescription order entered by my physician online and not ready 3 hours after I left the dr office. Just too much business for the small staff. Will look at other options close to my home.

Over promise under deliver? Don't tell me to drive down to your business at 6 and have me wait an hour and a half tell 730 pm and say it's gonna be couple more minutes. Worst service ever!!. If this was my business my boss would say "see ya"

Called ahead to make sure my son could get a passport photo. He got there and they said they couldn't do it since they couldn't leave the register. Understand but that's why we called to make sure not to waste a trip.

They took 40 minutes to fill a prescription. That does not include the time spent waiting in line.

Most of the staff are wonderful, but I just called to ask the availability of a medication and as I started to ask when they would get it in the pharmacist abruptly hung up. This pharmacy is extremely slow, especially compared to other Bartells like the one in University Village. I would not recommend anyone fill here.

The staff is friendly and professional. However, their phone menu is terrible. You have to wait through store hours, the address and the history of the pharmacy industry before you’re told how to check on your refill. Would it kill them to have a phone menu that starts with, “To refill a prescription, press 1” like every other pharmacy?

Showed up at 5:59pm on a Saturday. The pharmacy wanted to close early and shut the counter. When I explained I needed to get my meds because I was hitting withdrawal from not having my medication they just said were closed and walked in back.

Been coming here 20 yrs it was great.They just stole $5 from me. Bought an item, said no to receipt, it was the wrong one so just 10 mins later wanted to return it they said they can only give me half price. A big corporation just stole $5 from me. Their pharmacy is also equally bad.
