Our daughter grew up in the daycare, the early and late hours really helped us through the tough working schedules. She was well cared for, the daycare now has fully updated with newer toys and rooms, staff are communicative with our needs and kiddo's status. Thank you for providing us the convenience and care, will come back again.

Moving from Colorado to Washington, I was stressed trying to find childcare for both my 3yo and baby. Too many places were too expensive or only had an opening for the 3yo. Finding RCC was a huge relief and even though it is a daycare center, it is small enough that we know all the staff and they know both of our kids. The infant teacher is amazing!!! She has been accommodating with our requests/wishes. She knows and stresses the importance of tummy time. She has happily followed BLW when my baby turned 6 months old and started having solids. She does tons of sensory play for the babies, music, reading, dancing, and circle time. They have been supportive of me sending pumped milk which can be a hit or miss with other daycares but incredibly important to me as a nursing mom. For my 3yo, I love all the different art projects he brings home. I get to hear about all the outside and playground time they have. After moving here, we constantly heard “I LOVE NEW DAYCARE!” During pickup, it is heartwarming to see him have to hug his teacher and friends good bye before we leave. RCC is a really wonderful place.

I would NOT recommend this daycare to any family. I want to be fully transparent. My child did not go here, however, we did tour the facility. During the tour we saw an overcrowded room of children, with a few climbing on the tables, while one teacher was clearly overwhelmed. This was worrisome, but the biggest deciding factor was when an employee ran into the facility for Ms. Bei in the middle of our tour and said there was a school bus outside with a child that was being dropped off at their facility that they were UNSURE whether or not they attended their childcare. WHAT?! How do you not know when you are the person running the program? This frightened me as a parent. I got out of there as soon as possible.

I am DISGUSTED by RCC. I wish I had never seen this pink run-down dump. (Darn this character limit!!! Email me at
[email protected] if you would like to the full story.)-started communicating with RCC on 1/12 about my scheduling needs and infant opening-communicated back and forth with old director 30 times between 1/12 and 5/18-toured and paid for Aug-Dec on 5/18 to reserve spot-old director (ended 7/13) told me personally that she will inform new director of our upcoming care-8/02, yesterday, first day of care, no infant teacher at drop off, no one knew we were coming, no director present-met director yesterday afternoon who immediately told us he "cried all day", director said there's no infant teacher to care for him before 7am (which is why I chose RCC in the first choice), and requested we drop off later to adjust baby to daycare schedule, infant teacher didn't seem to think baby "cried all day"-this morning at 9am, director told us she, her staff, and the owner, needs 1:1 care and will no longer be providing care for baby-I spoke with owner on the phone at 4pm, who sounded unconcerned that her center is unprofessional and inadequate-refund will supposedly be processed and a check will be mailed out tomorrow (I need the money asap for another daycare)I'm DISGUSTED. Now I'm in the difficult position of rushing to find childcare before the school year starts (teacher).

I am a single father of 4 Kids as of a year and a half. I need to work to support my family wherefore I needed child care. About a year ago I found Ruston Christian childcare. Being fairly new at this I was welcomed with open arms. The staff there helped me all the way through the process getting my kids enrolled getting the food situation at school handled 2 even as far as helping my son grow in his learning. Since he has been going there he has improved 2 grades in Reading. Last year my 11 year old missed her stop on the first time riding the bus. The head director herself had the bus Department the school and the childcare in route searching before the bus finished it's route. Nevertheless the head director herself was at the school waiting for my daughter to bring her to the facility. A year-and-a-half and that was the only incident I've had. I rated this establishment five stars and recommended to all.

The teachers are professional and excellent at what they do! They sincerely care about every child and focus on their unique skillsets and interests. My son has advanced in his motor skills while attending, and I appreciate that they have taught him manners and politeness when eating and playing. We are so happy with this school!

Both of my kids attend RCC. We have been in nearly all of the classrooms, and interacted with the entire staff. I have been very happy with the care and education that is provided. Not only am I comfortable, but the kids enjoy being there.
