One of my favorite stores in the Ruston area. Great selection of the latest stylish clothes. My daughter always loves anything I buy from there. What really stands out to me, though is the staff, they are exceptional. Knowledgeable, friendly and have great style ideas!

I have been shopping at Purpose Boutique in Tacoma since it opened. I have been every size over the years that I have shopped at Purpose and it has been my go to place through it all! I love the personal attention I get at Purpose! It’s always like a party and they will give me feedback on outfits for hours ?. Seriously though! I am a slow decider and I like to be very thorough and make sure I have tried every single thing on that could possibly look good on me. They are so patient and helpful! I love the styles and quality pieces they stock the store with and they carry a nice variety as well. Many of my friends have become customers there because I always tell them to check it out! They are so supportive of their clients and it really is like having a little fashion family! One time after having surgery, flowers showed up at my door and guess who they were from? Purpose! They remembered I had said I was having surgery! Woah! Thank you Purpose for always being so accommodating and helpful!

Purpose is one of my happy places for many reasons! One, I love their “purpose” and how they give back. Two, the staff is amazing. They brighten my day, they Remeber what I like, my sizes and they bring a smile to my face. And lastly, their cloths are AMAZING! I always get compliments when I am wearing their cloths! Highly recommend Purpose Boutique!

When you don't know what to wear go see Emily at Purpose Boutique! I had an upcoming vacation with specific plans and a vibe. I shared that with Emily and she went to work! Before I knew it I had a complete wardrobe, ready to put in my suitcase and head out for a fantastic vacation. What I thought was going to be stressful task, ended up being a lot of fun. I love Purpose for many reasons. Any time I am in need or want something new, and want to shop in-person, this is the place I go. Super friendly stylists, cute stuff, and great quality all around. I always leave with more than intended, and these pieces are some of my favorites. Thanks Purpose for being the cutest boutique.

This is a fun boutique store where the employees style you based on your preferences and what is “in style”. We’ve been here multiple times to grab an item or two. The staff are very friendly and enjoyable to work with.On top of the experience at the store, a portion of the proceeds go to fight human trafficking.

Such a great store! It’s more spendy than my usual places but I’d rather buy a few quality pieces than a bunch of lower quality ones. They’re small but they have such an amazing selection of great basics and fun statement pieces! Everything I get from here I wear over and over which makes it so worth it!

Thank you so much for the private styling party! My girlfriends and I had an absolute blast! My friend said she already wore a couple of the pieces she bought and they put the “pep” in her Springtime step! We can’t wait for our next Purpose party! It’s my new favorite way to shop. Jessie and the rest of the team were so amazing. They listened to each of our individual wants and pulled the perfect items. We all left the party with shopping bags full of fun new pieces. Friends + shopping + champagne = the best girls’ night out! Thank you again!

In 2023 the plus size inventory is laughable. For a company with multiple locations, why not invest in clothes for everyone? I visited the point Ruston location and was disappointed with the lack of customer service. I'm assuming for my size, I was overlooked, as your inventory already told me that.

Not a very good experience at Purpose. I came in to get a single pair of jeans. The ladies working kept pushing to “style me” and even though they were just doing their job, it came off a little pushy to me. The jeans I found were completely overpriced. $120 for a pair of plain jeans, no style, no rips, nothing. I caved and bought them because I needed a pair ASAP, but after some thought I felt like they just weren’t worth the amount of money I paid for them. I called beforehand to make sure I could return them, and followed the return policy on the receipt. They told me I couldn’t return them because they’d been worn, but I’d only worn them when I TRIED THEM ON IN THE STORE. Overall, just way too pricey for a single pair of jeans, and their return policy is ridiculous.

Great clothes and even better staff that help pick out additional items to create curated outfits for you! They are incredibly friendly but not pushy and I would recommend the experience to anyone.
