I called and they told me to to come right in, which was great because I was five miles away. After inspection, they began calling parts stores to find the right parts. “Absolutely exceptional customer service! I am so grateful for Luis and Juan, I blew a tire in my horse trailer. I called the store they offered to stay after close. When I arrived they got my horse trailer in the shade, and offered us water for the horses. Luis did a full safety check on my trailer. I came in praying that I could get the spare replaced, and they offered to replace all the tires for me so I had a matching set on the trailer. I was blown away they were willing to spend the extra time to do this and so grateful, as it was my second blown tire on that trailer in 4 days and I still had a 3 hour drive home. Really good, kind hearted people who go out of their way to save the day! I am forever grateful!”
