We we're lucky to find CarQuest in Royal City. We had stopped at more than five stores trying to find the right product when we stumbled on CarQuest - luckily five minutes before closing. The staff was super helpful and immediately pointed us in the right direction to get us on our way. They saved the day!Bonus - The store has a parrot!

We're from out of town and locked the keys in our car and the employees of Carquest helped us so much! I called the store and they sent someone out here free of charge and they got the car unlocked for us! Without their help we would have been stranded and had to pay for a towing company.
