Not bad buying a car here but brung in my car in for services issue to the shop they could not fix the problem or tell me what the problem was had my car for 3 Days To Tell Me Nothing how to bring my car in to another shop to solve my problem

Terry M. went above and beyond to help my husband and I get a vehicle. He was attentive and had amazing communication. Feb 28th was a dark sky kind of day. Filled with one downpour after another and high winds for back up.My car died in the left turn lane while getting on to old highway 99 (next to CarStars). I was pushing the car in the rain to get it out of the middle of the road. 2 men came running out to help me get it out of the road. They pushed it into their parking lot and offered me the use of the waiting room to dry off and collect myself. I was glad it was raining because the genuine kindness Edgar (the service manager) had shown me brought tears to my eyes. I thanked him for the help. I told him I was on my way to get some work done on the car with an outfit up the road. His crew charged the battery and Edgar asked me what I would like to do. I had no idea they serviced cars at CarStars as well as doing car sales. I have driven by there 3 times a week for years! Edgar gave me an extremely reasonable price and was able to get the parts for the old Subaru the same day! He introduced me to Al their Subaru mechanic . Al did a wonderful job! The car runs strong! I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to the whole team for being so helpful. I will be spreading the word that CarStars is more than just a sales lot. I’m doing my happy dance!
