I would leave negative stars if I could. The driver just took out my internet cable, leaving it across the road, potentially destroyed my septic tank, tossed all our things onto the lawn breaking much of it, after reclaiming our unit for "non-payment".... I have email records of payment that absolutely does not coincide with their claims. I've been suspicious in the past but panic-paid the supposed past due to keep the unit. This time they did not even contact me. I've never been able to find the supposed missed payments afterward when looking through receipts. I will definitely be contacting my attorney with a print-out of all invoices vs receipts and pictures of the incredible (expensive) damage their driver left.

Excellent service. Great people to work with. Storage unit worked out perfectly for us, and much cheaper than anyone else in the area.
