I came in at the last minute right before a weekend trip when my starter was failing. Pat took care of me right away and had me back on the road in no time. This is hands down the most skilled, professional, and affordable auto repairs in the Rochester and Tenino area. 100% recommend and I promise I'll be back!

Pat is a great mechanic, very knowledgeable and honest. Always kept me informed on what he was fixing and the approximate cost. Plus he had everything fixed up for me very quickly. My first choice if and when I need something else done for my car. Highly recommended!

Pat saved our vacation! Half way through our travels on a Friday afternoon we broke down with a cylinder miss fire near Roys Automotive. Pat diagnosed our problem and stayed past open hours replacing a couple coils and the spark plugs and had us back on the road that same evening. Never imagined we would be back on the road that same evening!

I had the opportunity to connect with Pat on repairs after having a CV boot fail. There were a few components to it as it needed warranty approval and such. Pat was very communicative throughout the entire process and made it an incredibly easy experience. I'd recommend making the trip out to Rochester for great service and reasonable prices!

Was in town visiting family over Labor Day when my truck blew a coolant hose. Had it towed to Ray’s, Pat called me Tuesday morning and reviewed the repair plan. A few hours later the job was done and I was able to pick up my truck.Great communication, fair pricing, and a shop I wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Thanks guys!!!

TRUSTWORTHY!!! YES YOU CAN TRUST this shop to do excellent work on your vehicle wich is very rare these days it seems. Ray and Pat do very good work and I'd recommend my mom or grandma to go there. Very fair on shop rates also and it's incredibly hard to run a shop these days especially in Thurston County so give them a call.

These guys did a great job, showed me the cost on computer before they scheduled the work. They would have had 5 stars but there was a mixup with getting info from one guy to another. They did, however, get the job done quickly and efficiently for the price they quoted and gave me all the old parts. I'll go there again if ever I have another problem
