“I had a smell in my car that was plaguing me for weeks. I tried everything from baking soda, Febreze, white vinegar, Clorox wipes, etc. and nothing was getting this smell out. I called them on a Sunday expecting to leave a voicemail, but the owner answered, he listened to my concerns and told me he would call back when he was able to look at the scedule. I received a call back on Monday where he gave me all the options and I decided to drop my car off with them for a few days so they could work on it between their scheduled appointments. I dropped it off early Tuesday morning thinking it would be done thursday or friday. I received a call the next morning letting my know my car was ready for pick up. At pick up, staff warned me that it would smell like the product they used to nuetralized the odor, but would disapate in a few days. I am extremely grateful and happy for all they did for me and the service they provided from the first phone call to pick up. I will definitely bring my car into them again.”
“Always great service, but today was truly exceptional! Dawson and Rolland, the 2 gentlemen who serviced my sequoia today, just made it so much better. Something about seeing employees truly being happy at their workplace is something special. I love my hometown car wash and I tell everyone to come here. Truly awesome to see smiling faces and people who love to serve. This is a huge reason I always come back, and won't even entertain other car washes.
I will say the owners do need to bring back tipping on a card. These folks work hard, in all type of weather. I, like many others in the country, don't carry cash. In a country that is so divided on tipping, I feel it be important to be able to tip the employees. Especially if you don't let people can't pay with cash, give me the option to tip on the card then.”

“Very good truck wash! Everything is fast, high-quality, and reasonably priced. The truck shines like new, and the staff is polite. I was impressed by how thoroughly they did their job. Highly recommend!”
