I am not happy with their means of incorrectly diagnosing my overheating problem.Throwing parts at the problem benefits their shop instead of focusing on a simpler but probably more effective solution ie a power flush of the radiator instead of the deceptive drain and refill with new anti freeze,meanwhile replacing clutchfan,$, thermostat,$$,temp gauge more time and$ then offering last resort new radiator and water pump.still gouging.When the correct flush would've possibly shown the correct order and discovery.I trusted them and they took advantage is my feeling .

Great experience. From my first call to picking up my vehicle and everything in between, things went great. They communicated clearly, they listened to me and provided a honest opinion on what was needed for my job. Going forward it's an easy decision, I will take both of my cars to Auto Tech Services.

Don't let the nice clean atmosphere deceive you. This is your Classic sketchy mechanic place. Very shifty, money hungry, dishonest shop. I would suggest going pretty much anywhere else!! :)

Staff is really friendly and nice. Place is so organized and clean. We went to check out a weird sound from tires. They did it quick and didn't charge anything. 100% recomanded.

After a frustrating experience elsewhere, Edgar and team completely saved the day. They were swamped on a Friday afternoon and with no notice at all, squeezed us in to have our German car serviced and carry the best oil for the job around.
From the first phone call we were treated with old fashioned customer service, friendly education on our engine, a lovely welcoming environment to wait at, snacks, drinks, laughter and fresh water for our puppy!
We were blown away by the thorough inspection, photos of everything done, honest pricing (saving us over $1k another shop quoted) and BMW enthusiasm. It felt great to connect with Edgar who is stoked about German engineering and recognized the care we have for our car.
We feel we're in good hands at Auto Tech and will be loyal customers going forward for all of our auto needs.
Just amazing! Thanks, guys!!
