My son lives in Ridgefield and we absolutely love this little town, that is now booming. You have to time it right to be able to eat in the back room of this grocery store. It's definitely a hidden gem. We all had the halibut fish and chips and they were some of the best! The coating on the fish is not too thick or greasy and the tartar sauce is homemade, which is absolutely some of the best we've had. Supply chain issues hinder some of the products that are available, but if you're ever in town, check out this local place. I've always had good service and great food.

Best sandwiches in Ridgefield and the greater Vancouver area! This is a third generation store that has been around forever!Their sandwiches are huge and all the ingredients are fresh.They also have burgers and fried food. Their fish and fries were very good.Not the fanciest place but it differently has that old school, layer back vibe that I enjoy.

Stopped by for a deli sandwich. The place has an old-time Mom and Pop feel to it. Proprietors were friendly and chatty. The sandwich was far superior to what you’d get at a Subway or other chain franchise shop. Plus, you can eat at nearby Overlook Park. Nice.

Excellent burgers and fish and chips. Good variety of beers and ciders. The proprietor and his wife(Dione) are both very personable and knowledgeable about their products. The atmosphere is laid back..we originally ordered to go, but decided to eat in the tap room. A very pleasant surprise in downtown Ridgefield!
Parking: Easy street parking.

It's nice to have a store and restaurant connected! Went for pizza and a pint and was surprised how many great beers were on tap! I expected the usual domestic, but there were great breweries and ciders on tap such as Fort George's 3 way, and Ciderboys strawberry magic. After eating I was able to go into the store and grab a 4pk of 3 way for home later! I would highly recommend.

In the personal care section, he sells singles or small items so that you don't have to buy a whole package. I read what people said here about expiration dates but the gluten free baking mixes I purchased were perfectly tasty, even though they were dusty and on clearance. The cashier seemed unhappy. He also seemed suspicious until I put him at ease. There was a wider inventory than I expected. They close early.
