I come here often on my way to work in the mornings and there's always only the same guy opening. I believe his name is Dave and he rocks. I keep thinking to ask his name but he's so quick I'm out the door before I know it. Had to ask another employee when I came it at a later time than usual today. Every sandwich Dave has made was perfect and I swear there's been times where I was in and out the door in less than 45 seconds. Always a great start to my day, you rock Dave!

They just decide to close the stores early and don't put up signs for some reason. Battle ground and Ridgefield locations. Who's running these stores?

We love subway HOWEVER, you have a serious gnat problem. It has gone on forever. My family was going everywhere before guitar practice but gnats are all over food meats veggies & last time in our sandwiches. We want to come BUT HAVE YOU GOTTEN RID OF THE GNATS? NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT YOU NEED A HELP WITH IT! PLUS YOU NEVER ANSWER YOUR PHONE! PLEASE GET RID OF THE NATS PROFESSIONALLYTHEN WE WILL BACK

I’ve been here twice. Once I ordered in person, the other time (today) I ordered through the app. The sandwich today was CONSIDERABLY smaller, had less ingredients inside and did not follow my order. I asked for more lettuce, and more jalapeños and it’s like they did not read the order. I submitted an official complaint on the website as well. The worst part is that the sandwiches I got today were virtually “naked” for a couple inches on the each end. When i picked it up, there were about 3 other guests eating, so lunch rush is not an excuse.

Wonderful service and tasted fresh, just a bit worried about how hot it is in there for the employees. It's hotter inside than outside and it's a 90F day.

I stopped to order a salad on my way from Portland to Seattle, there was a single employee behind the counter, he told me I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes because he was making an order that was called in. No one else was in the store he chose not to help the single customer standing at the counter.

Worst subway ever! Totally unreliable on every level you can measure a resturaunt. I am local and have been disapointed more times than I can remmember. Where to start.. they close early (staffing issues)They may not even open some days (staffing issues)Online orders get cancelled and credit wont be issued for 3 days. They had no problem charging me at lightning speed and efficientcy, but money back has to go through a rigorous financial gauntlet.Constantly out of key items like bread, meatballs and meat. Everybody in town has a story about this Subway and its a good laugh most of the time. Just irritated that I have to remmember to check my bank in three days to see if they will actually refund. What a waste of time!

They closed their doors hours early. The sign that was posted said they had to close at 7pm, i got there at 6:50 and they had already locked the doors. Horrible, don't go here.

Customer service with a smile has left the building. I want my 27$ for 2 footlongs back
