“I guess people just only leave reviews for the post office when they're mad at USPS. I've always had a good experience at this post office, it's great, no problems, nice helpful staff”

“I used to come in here Quite frequently, When I ran a online business. The customer service was not great, Until they became more familiar with me coming in on the regular. There are two employees that come to mind. BUT today, I Was in a rush and had forgotten to grab a lint roller nextdoor at the Dollarstore before work! Tape...AHA. Shipshop! And with the intent to buy a whole role of tape which was unnecessary, The kind courteous Gal working At the counter who His service before was SO courteous and kind to lend to borrow a lint roller. Human decency! Prices are high, yes. But they too. Need? To make profit. And your packages will never be lost with shipshape. Anon”

“Highly recommend this place for printing and shipping! Both times I've been in they have provided streamlined service and explained best options when asked. A wonderful, family owned spot with great prices, customized printing, fast processing for returns. It looks like they even have real street address mailboxes for those who need one. Saves us a trip to the post office and has a full assortment of other services all in one spot.”

“Excellent customer service. Helped me quickly with a complicated delivery. Friendly, approachable, nice vibe. Helped with Amazon return. Select “UPS drop off - box and label needed”, this was free for me, then I was given the label and emailed it to this location. They also help with FedEx, Postal Service, and other returns. And if you’re confused about your return, come here first! They will give you straight forward advice on what to do next, no run-around.”

“I have only been here two or three times. First times were for an Amazon pick up which is much more secure than having it delivered to my home and risking package thieves. Last time, today, was to mail a package going out USPS. Great thing about this place is that it seems to cater to all 4 major carriers USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. It is definitely better than UPS for several reasons. 1. Parking, though you share parking with neighbor stores and have to navigate a bit of drivers for that and Fred Meyer there is still plenty more parking than that with UPS which is has more competitive parking and fewer spots and tighter parking lot making it more difficult to park. 2. UPS only does UPS, now you could get a mail box there just like PC and get any service delivered there because you are just delivering to a street address and a box number, but if you want to ship you have to only do UPS. At PC you have your choice. The people there are friendly, polite and helpful. Smaller staff, about one or two people, but service time to complete a transaction is equal to that of UPS who has a larger staff. So I pick PC. They have a nice selection of gifts and cards if you need to send something to a loved one too.”

“I have dealt with the employees in person in the branch and even spoken with the "manager" on occasion to try and find missing packages that never made it to them. They are helpful and knowledgeable. Some reviews say the manager is unkind, but I have found her to be straightforward and no nonsense with a good sense of humor. I always feel like everything that could be done has been done, including tricks they have learned to move the process along.People also complain about the packages that Amazon dumps on the postal service not being delivered "according to the notes." Well, it's a government office, folks. They have regulations they need to follow that don't include leaving their vehicle (that doesn't lock) and hiking. Amazon has drop sights that you can use instead of allowing Amazon to overstretch an already crowded system.I have personally seen the mail delivered way into the dark hours. I have unstuck a postal van from the snow that knowingly didn't have chains but had to get people's packages delivered. These folks go above and beyond every day, not knowing if they deliver bills, junk mail, or life-saving perscriptions. So the next time you see your postal carrier, at least smile and wave.”
