We switched pharmacies within the last 6 months to Rosaeurs after struggling with being able to get our prescriptions filled at our last pharmacy. We’ve had a much better time at getting our scripts here! I took my daughter to her pediatrician tonight for a double ear infection and Rosaeurs very kindly made sure we got our daughter’s antibiotics before closing! Very kind staff, appreciate them.

Very disappointed in Rosauers Pharmacy, Each time I go there to get a prescription weather it is right after a doctors appointment and it is sent to them or the following day, as soon as I arrive for pickup they state that they “are still working on it.” This is very confusing to me as I have waited a longer amount of time before going in multiple times , and yet as soon as I arrive home I receive a text that it is done. Seems like they won’t even start your prescription until you get to the store…. Also very disappointed in the managers customer service. Replying to simple questions with rude remarks as if I have never picked up a prescription in my life…. will not be going back.

The lack of empathy and customer service provided by this Pharmacy and their staff is abysmal. I will never rely on them for a medication again. Here is my Public Service Announcement of the day, please do not ever have your RX sent over for a medication needed in a timely matter or for an emergency. Not only do they consistently run out of important medications they are no help to you trying to either get those needed medications filled elsewhere or will release them to another pharmacy. Here is the kicker too, they did call me to let me know that my insurance wasn't up to date, but didn't bother to tell me they were out of the medication my child desperately needed. I had to wait in line 25 minutes to find that out they couldn't fill my RX, and by then my doctor's office was closed. After asking them not to fill my RX, they billed my insurance anyway. So when I was able to find it at Walgreens, I had to pay cash for my RX. When you have an urgent prescription need that can't wait, don't count on this pharmacy to be able to help you out! They have even closed their "doors" in my face 10 minutes prior to their scheduled closed time so they wouldn't have to be bothered to fill my child's much needed emergency RX. I feel like dunce for giving them a chance after getting burned the first time, I really wanted to love this Pharmacy as I do love the grocery store, but they need to make some serious changes or I feel their business won't survive the opening of the new Costco Pharmacy. They certainly have lost my confidence and my business.

While there may be long lines and shorter hours, this is part of the state of medical services overall, and isn't reflective of the team at this Pharmacy. They are all beyond sweet, helpful and always friendly. They give great service. The entire world is short staffed right now. Find some grace.

This pharmacy is getting worse sadly. I went there to pick up a medication, and was told not ready but it should be by the end of the day. Because I didn’t receive any messages the whole day, I forgot to check back with them and they closed. This morning, I went back again, the tech said it had NOT been filled. She said the prescription was printed but not filled. Are they so short handed or being lazy? Don’t know. I wonder if they have any concept of how important a medication can be. Maybe they just don’t care. Very disappointed. Won’t go there again. Not recommended strongly.

Ahh, sit by the fire and let me tell you young lads about The Great Ridgefield Pharmacy Conspiracy of 2023. Once the town's pride, this pharmacy plummeted from grace overnight. Murmurs of a sinister plot whisper through the aisles, where service and care used to thrive. A mystery shrouds its rapid decline, leaving us all in disbelief. ★☆☆☆☆ - a heartbreaking chapter in Ridgefield's history. But seriously guys, do we need to band together as a community and get this place under new management:? Prescriptions that would turn around in a day now take 3-4 days.

Just a public service announcement: your prescription belongs to you, the patient, not the pharmacy. If you’re not getting your medicine in a timely fashion, the pharmacy MUST give you your prescription back or transfer it. Also, there is an entity called the Board of pharmacy, which one can hunt down and contact on the Internet.

They used to be great but over the last year they've gotten TERRIBLE. They constantly notify me that an Rx is ready and it's not. They'll tell me it's going t to be ready at a certain date/time and it never is. Takes 3 days for anything to be filled. We call and very times to pick something up and it's STILL not ready. Most recently they got an Rx from us. We calleded to pick it up 3 days later and they said they actually don't have it in stock and it would be there the next day. I asked why when they got the Rx did they not let us know they didn't have it. The Pharmacy Tech said "well I just processed it today" so I wasid why did it take 3 days for you to look R it. She rolled her eyes and walked away. So I asked to just get the other one that they told me would be ready, verified over the phone with a human, they said it's not ready but they'd be sure to let me know when. The next day I went to get the Rx they didn't have in stock the previous day and told me it would be there today and they never got it and now they don't know when they'll get it. This has been 5 days with no Rx and no one seems to be concerned that I'm not getting my Rx.Anytime they mess up they literally will just smile laugh and shrug their shoulders. No exaggeration it's happened to us but several different people. Which tells me that attitude starts with their leadership.

This Pharmacy is not willing to please the customer! I called ahead to check on a prescription I was waiting on being filled, and having to have forgo the proper channels of having them first send a message to my doctor for a request , I then had to contact my doctor anyways after two days of waiting and request it myself. Finally 4 days later as I said I called ahead and made sure it was there, they told me yes we will fill it in 20 minutes. Perfect or maybe not? I showed up 20 minutes later or maybe even sooner and there were two pharmacy employees still in the store, however all doors were shut?? They hadn't even warned me they were closing an hour earlier because it was Saturday!!? They would not process my precious prescription that was ready and sitting right there on the shelf! They then told me I would have to come back not tomorrow but Monday!!! Seriously? What the F?? I made my complaint known to the customer service attendant and another employee as well, they both were empathic and could not however do anything to help me?? I honestly was so unsatisfied with the customer service here I will be soon changing my pharmacy to Costco when they come to town!!

I'm very disappointed in Roseaurs pharmacy. At first it was great! But now the drive up window is always closed and when you go inside you have to stand in line from 10 to 45 minutes to get up to the window if you are (after waiting in line) and it's 1 minute before closing time they won't help you, they just say we open at 9am. And now they are closed on Sundays! If this keeps up we'll be looking for a different pharmacy. There doesn't seem to be any customer service anymore. Sad.

Rosauers Pharmacy was solid for quite a while, but for the last few months it has been on a real decline. Their staffing is such that they seem to always have a long line and they cannot keep their drive-thru window open. They'll have your orders for several hours and not get them filled timely. We were pretty happy with them, but now my wife and I argue over who has to call or who has to go, particularly when we know we need a medication that there will be some sort of excuse for not having gotten done and a long line to wait in before we're told. We're starting to get antsy for Costco to open.

I Like that they have a drive thru. I have my meds set up to receive a text on my phone and I find the staff plesant and helpful when I make inquiries. I also get my flu and COVID shots here and just make my appointment online.
