Wandered here when exploring Ridgefield. Was attracted to the window displays. Fell in love with the children’s section, even though I don’t have young children! Lol. Awesome gift selection. Was assisted by a very friendly employee. Had an impressive selection of offerings. Picked out presents for later! A must-visit store!

You wish they could all be this good. Knowledgeable and friendly people, a great variety of stuff, and very old-timey laid back atmosphere. This is a tiny store jam-packed with everything. The last time I was there, they even had a store dog! Any store that has a dog (or, in the case of a bookstore, the obligatory cat) is a great store to me.

Helpful friendly service, a complete selection to choose from with helpful recommendations to optimize our solutions, and to save us money as well. This economical hardware store has been a fixture of downtown Ridgefield for over 100 years.

Service: A- 1. Prices: A-1. Selection: A-1. We love this little hometown hardware store. It is a place that everyone should visit when in Ridgefield WA. We were here on a trip from Florida and had to make a quick stop. My wife buys things here whenever we are in the area. She got about $50 worth of gifts and things for our local friends.

Great hardware shop. You can find just about anything. Just got a snow shovel and some disk sleds for the snow. There are a lot of gift options. Tools, toys, outdoor, decor.

I love locally owned home town hardware stores and this on was no exception. Ridgefield Hardware is located smack in the middle of Downtown and has a nice selection of home improvement/maintenance basics. There's also a nice section of Christmas-related merchandise that Gayle and Erin spent some quality time in. I picked up a few small items that we needed around the house (and would fit in our suitcase), and a cool autumn Gnome for Jim. Don't forget to wander into the attached "shed" area in the back.

I can't get enough of this store. Yes, they have all your hardware, gardening, etc. needs, but the best part (in my opinion) are all the unique, adorable, humorous, gorgeous, quirky, amazing things in the gift side of the store. I wish I could buy it all because I literally get lost (in a great way) just meandering and admiring all the things. You HAVE GOT to check this store out!! You will definitely find treasures.

The store seemed disorganized and messy. Went in to buy some hand tools. Was hoping to support local business as other small town hardware stores usually stock higher quality. The handles on the shovels and picks were made of cheap fiberglass and softwood. Both of which break easily. Went down to Home Depot instead and bought some tools made with strong hardwood handles.

This hardware store is a gem. It will take you back years when times were simpler and things were a bit slow. Friendly service with unique one of a kind gifts. They also have a nice selection of hardware products so don’t just come here for a taste of the oldies.
