Pretty disappointed in both the service and doctor I saw at this clinic. I was expecting more from a smaller clinic in regards to service. All I kept getting was the run around about medication refills and a doctor that would not talk to me directly. They won’t even ask your doctor to call you to discuss issues that come up. You of course can make another appointment to see them again for the same needs. I thought it was a misunderstanding, but it appears that the doctor I saw is too busy for new patients. Save your money and don’t bother with this place. I can hardly wait for the insurance bill as this doctor did absolutely nothing for me when I tired to establish care with him as a PCP. I even called and tried to share my frustrations, but it fell on deaf ears because they don't take the time to talk to their patients directly.
The problem with health care is they treat us all like cattle and not individual people.
Overall terrible experience.

This doctors office is either negligent or incompetent. I received a surprise bill because no-one in the office bothered to check if my insurance would cover routine labs for a yearly checkup. Instead of the $12 I usually pay, I got a bill for nearly $500. I was also referred to a physical therapy office that does not accept my insurance. I might as well have gone to a prompt care, it would have saved me a few hundred dollars to not have a primary care doctor. I will not be returning to this office.

Bestest doctor ever had and great service too! I've been with my 3 doctors in past history that they're not helpful tired to remove of my warts until I moved into Woodland, WA and I meet and found my a doctor her name DR. Jensen she checked out my wart and made appointment about week ahead and now all my warts ARE GONE now I'm super SUPER happy and blessed. Just get it over it and quick process step by step. I love this place and helpful doctor I ever had my life!! Thank you DR. Jensen!!

Ridgefield Family Medicine is a small family practice that cares about their patients. I have been a patient for 10 years. I usually get in to an appt fairly quickly and my needs are addressed. I like that they have two locations, one in Ridgefield and one in Woodland. The lab technicians are skilled and friendly, too.

Before finding RFM I hadn't been to a doctor in longer than I care to admit. I have never felt more comfortable at this clinic. Great providers and staff!

I love this office!! I went for my first appt a month ago and went to another one recently and I have never felt so heard by my doctors in such a long time. All of the MA’s, Student Doctors, and Doctors take the time to listen to your concerns and find a solution to each one with you. I absolutely love this office and appreciate everyone in it!!

Drs and PA practice well, pretty expensive to be seen for an infection, I’m afraid to go back again. I feel it’d be cheaper if we didn’t even have insurance!We end up with appts to talk and schedule more appts for another $100+ each time.Won’t include a kids sport’s physical into a well child appt so they can charge again separately.And the way staff handles a child being a medical adult at 13 really needs some sensitivity work and logic involved, it’s a good practice for the kids but nearly all kids would do well with input from parents. This child medical adult idea seems like some ridiculous political agenda based idea.

We did not receive the care we anticipated for our new child. Scheduling appointments was difficult because the online portal rarely worked and it was hard to get ahold of someone by phone. We got behind on his vaccination schedule because the vaccines were continually "going-bad" in their words and they had to keep rescheduling. We eventually transferred care to a different clinic.

left several messages, no follow up what so ever. pa's do not listen, they have stood me up for online visits. total no show. then send referrals out for wrong body area's never answer phone. no follow up on meds or scripts.

A good family medical practice for anyone that is seeking local care around Ridgefield.Pros: The staff is very nice and helpful, it's local, and I like my doctor.Cons: Some of the equipment is a little outdated (specifically exam tables) and billing can take a while.

We loved Dr. Bergstrom. We even liked the PA, Jonathan. However, the office staff here is completely & totally incompetent. Unfortunately, that ruined our experience here & we will be looking for a new PC Doc ASAP. Don't waste your time here.

Don't go! Impossible to talk with their billing dept. and a very disorganized practice. They were listed as a in-network provider who sent our blood work to an out of network lab causing a significant increase in costs.
