I had my Ford escapes engine worked on at my autoworks, ran fine for a period of time then the same problem came up. I took it to the shop I usually use they ran the VIN number and a Ford service bulletin 21-2269 came up stating the engine should be replaced because of a problem causing water to leak into the cylinders. My auto works did not do the research that my usual shop D and E does. I paid over $1,800 for my wife to use her car for a few weeks. I recommend you find somebody who will do the research on your particular vehicle to make sure what they're doing is not a waste of time and money. They're very nice people nothing personal. Be sure to ask questions

I had a sudden problem with my car on my way out of Vancouver—white smoke pouring out of my tailpipe and oil all over the road. I found the location of this amazing auto repair shop googling for nearby repairs. We drove in with the classic engine smoking, trailing oil behind us. It was only 1/2 hour before closing. Kayla and Fred came right out and got our car up and diagnosed the problem—a hole in the oil hose. They ordered the part for the next morning, loaned us a car and got the repairs done swiftly. They even gave our dog water?
Great place, wonderful people and awesome service!! Would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely incredible service from Jack and Kayla. First time here and my car needed A LOT of unexpected work. Jack gave me a cost breakdown and told me what repairs were necessary and what I can space out over time. Nothing but friendly service here and the small bag of candy in my car when I went to pick it up was a nice touch.

I went there for an oil change, it was very quick to schedule and $50 cheaper than the dealership! I waited in the lobby for my oil change, and it was done very promptly. Very, very friendly people and I will definitely bring my car there again for maintenance or any issues. Thank you My Auto Works!!

Had a great experience with My Autoworks. Brought my car in for some issues with my AC and they did an inspection of my car to find any problems or issues that needed taken care of. Thankfully, they didn't find anything major and recommended that my car get a tune up (which I had never done ?) to keep it shipshape. Jack was great at giving me an estimate over the phone, Kayla was great at getting me set up with an appointment and I was so glad they had a loaner car I could take to work while they took great care of my car. I will definitely recommend My Autoworks to friends and family for a mechanic that they can trust. Thank you all for your great care of me and my car.

Honesty and integrity aren't always associated with repair shops but My Auto Works fits that bill. I had a situation where the shop erred on a repair that was very costly. They could have put me in a financial bind but instead took the high road and made things right at their expense when they didn't have to. We take all our vehicles to My Auto Works. We just took in a used vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection. It was a very large vehicle that took them over three hours to go over, yet they charged for the standard 90 minute inspection. Great shop, quality work, ethical folks with whom to work.

Great service!!! Everything was repaired in a timely manner. No surprises! The inspection was done and I received a phone call explaining what was found and the estimated cost to complete the work. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done on their car.
