No "robots", quick to do what we needed done even returning a non emergent call after 5pm on a Friday afternoon. If you're adding a newly licensed 18 year old onto your policy...this is the place to call. After a decade of being what we thought very satisfied with our coverage elsewhere, we were ultimately let down to find that loyalty meant nothing. Very responsive and answers any/all questions we have. State Farm is so good with their pricing, especially if you have multiple policies and are a safe driver.
