The car was left at the shop, and I was immediately taken to a car rental.
The car stayed at the same shop for the duration of the repair.
I was given text updates every other day concerning the progress of repairs.
They managed to complete the car well before the estimated time, demonstrating their efficiency and dedication.
The repairs were completed above and beyond what I had expected. No corners were cut, and the paint match and decal replacement were done perfectly.
The car was cleaned inside and out.
There were no hidden surprises or additional costs, and the final price was nearly a thousand dollars below the original estimate.
I was able to leave the rental car when I went to pick it up; they even checked it in for me.

While installing it they weren’t happy with the way it was lining up so they completely ordered another one do it turned out right. The color match was perfect. I would recommend them to anyone. “Met with Atif after coordinating via email as it was a long trip for me to get there. We discussed what I was looking for, sat in a few trucks before finding the right one for me. Due to the distance I am traveling, I ended up purchasing two. Atif was extremely helpful throughout the transaction and helped load everything onto my rental for my long drive home to Alaska (even after normal business hours).

“Never heard of this place but figured I'd pop in as it was along the way. (9/6/24) There was a guy training and (presumably) the manager. The trainee was trying hard, was personable and seemed familiar with the auto parts world. He had a hiccup trying to order as he was new to the system they were using, but figured it out quickly. It was a small wait that gave me a chance to check out the store as I used to be a trainee 22 years ago at 19 yrs old at auto zone and was interested. The place is clean. Likely the cleanest auto parts store I've ever been in and practically no smell. Because I had to wait a few minutes they gave me a *steep* discount on my wiper blades and this goes to show this store cares deeply about retaining clients and best business practices. I will get all of my auto parts and regular maintenence items here from now on.”

“Iv been having issues with my 02 f250 7.3 for the past 3 years been in and out of different shops and no luck was recommended by a family friend who has had these guys work on his vehicle and I’m very happy with how they do things both Jeremy and Tim where helpful answered all my questions and I didn’t feel like they where getting annoyed with me like with other shops have. My major issues where fixed I still have few more problems that need to me fixed and plan to take my truck back to them. I highly recommend them my truck is running strong again. “I had a very positive experience at this store when I stopped by 2 weeks ago. My 2022 Kia Niro with only 13K miles on it had an engine light on and I asked them if they could run a diagnostic OBD scanner. Shon was very helpful and was more than happy to run the scanner. While I was there, I inquired about replacement battery costs on my 2005 CR-V and he showed me different options. I plan on getting it replaced there.”

“Had to stop for an emergency oil refill while on a business trip (cap came off after last change apparently).
I knew my oil type, and had it in stock in several sizes... They were able to look up the part and even had in stock; I was super impressed it was on hand. Was just going to have them look up the part for me, and order it to the store back home.
They even let me barrow a funnel, since I was at the top of my limit with the cap, and my plan was just to make one out of a paper cup otherwise.
The gentleman who helped was very professional and polite, and proficient at as his job. But everyone there was, including the other customer. Very pleased. 10/10 would shop there again.”

“Had them replace my catalytic converter and my muffler on my S10 Blazer as it was blowing a P0420 check engine code. They got it done in one day, cleared the check engine code for a reasonable price especially given the time with inflation. The next morning something came lose and I could tell because it was louder than when I took it home. Dropped it off the day after and some plugs had came undone and that was a matter if welding them closed so they don't pop open again for free of charge.Jay, Lyle & Stephen are good people! Definitely want them on your side when your vehicle's exhaust system gives you troubles or locked out of your car as they also run Grumpy's towing!Service: Exhaust”
