The lady in the office was so nice I was late on my bill. She waved all the late fees. Let me pay a partial payment and retrieve my stuff. There were stipulations for me removing my items, but she understood that I was going through tough times. Thank you nom

One of the customers threatened to attack me and kick my face in. Please help, you can review the cameras…Today at 8:40amI was there to help a person move storages and for what ever reason security here was not present. Good thing I was able to get away with out any injuries...Be careful..
