Looking for a fruit pie that I could take home and bake. They have them, but they're HUGE and pricey at $20.00 a pop. I asked the two people stocking the freezer area if they had something smaller and more affordable. The one person's answer was, "tell you what, lady, I don't know why can't you go over to the bakery and see what they have." (mic drop)

This pharmacy Came through for for us when all the other pharmacy's in the area let us down. The other pharmacy in the area told us we would have to wait days for a certain medication but he happened to have on hand. Even though it was close to closing and he wasn't our regular pharmacy he made sure our prescription was transferred and filled before closing. Outstanding service!

The pharmacy staff at the Keene Rd Yokes is consistently friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. After trying lots of pharmacies in the TCs, I have been happily going to Yokes for years now.

This Yoke's on Keene is bright, with adequate space between each island/ case/ aisle, and a better shopping experience than the others locally. The one thing that I wish it had here that the Yoke's on Bombing Range has is the $1.00 sample cheeses in the basket to try. What a fun little thing to incorporate to introduce people to different cheeses from different places in the world! Sooo....for those we go to the Bombing Range Yoke's, but that's after we get the majority of what we're looking for at the Yoke's on Keene. My kids like that their children shopping carts are low to the ground so they feel like they're driving! The natural foods section is a great area and the natural frozen foods have a nice variety.

Love this store! Clean, tidy, well stocked, and a reliable store for all of your grocery needs. Associates are helpful and kind, and the store is well maintained as well as full of what you need. I love coming here and it is one of the nicest grocery stores in Richland.

Benton, Lee, and Alma are the very best in town. They are always friendly, helpful, and polite. If I had to give a negative it’s because they are closed Sunday’s then I have to go to Walgreens.

I always shop at Yokes when I am visiting the Tri-Cities. They have an extensive fine cheese department that I love. Their produce, meats and deli are top notch!

I think if you look at the dates of the reviews you'll get the drift. Anything recent is a bit more on the truthful side. Our experience with both yokes has not been positive. Recently called them after realizing we were sold shrimp that had gone bad, and sold at Jumbo Prawn Prices. Called them that evening attempting to just let someone at the store know so they could pull the shrimp off and was diverted to the manager who basically accused me of lying... for $8 (big win on my part if so) Went in as he requested with shrimp and receipt hoping for an apology. That didn't happen As for everything else, food selection is great! Just seems like staff is a bit on edge or unhappy.

I ordered a Divine Prime Rib for Christmas dinner at this store because we were traveling to Richland to our daughters. I told them my daughter would pick up the roast on Christmas Eve. She went there at 5pm after work to pick it up and they had put it out for sale! Someone had already bought it. SO rude since I called and reserved one and advised it would be after work when it would be picked up. Thanks Yokes for all your holiday thoughtfulness

Yoke's stores are always extremely clean, well lit and inviting. They have great produce and very good meat. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
