“As a first time shopper here I had a great experience. I went in for some Christmas gifts and was greeted immediately. I was left alone to look at the items. I’m not a fan of staff hovering around me. It’s not my personal style which is fine, but I was able to pick out the perfect most softest T-shirt for my MIL that I know she will love. Super friendly, laid back atmosphere. Worth checking out!”
“I love Ross but almost every part of this store was a mess. Every area I went to, had stuff from different areas of the store. If I managed this store, I’d spend several days with employees reorganizing every single section. It made it almost impossible to find clothing in my size.”
“Love this little store!!!! I have found so many gifts for friends and I love there are small businessss in this shop. Found some hummingbird items for my mom that she loved!!!!”
“Found the last one of its kind here. Unfortunately, no need to go back now. I like Kohl's. Plenty of near close-out merch and slightly discounted prices. Standard block layout. Departments are located along the Appian Way, an aisle-way that parallels the store perimeter walls. Selection is average. Dig deep through displays to find the higher discounted items. They tend to get mixed together by the consumer and not resorted nor restored to their proper rack at close. Everybody is cutting back on labor costs thanks to unfunded state mandates. Result? I get to spend more time shuffling through unwanted, misplaced merchandise at department stores. For most, no problem. They shop. I buy. I want to deadhead straight to the rack, select, then check-out. If Amazon ever overcomes their sizing, picking, and shipping issues, I might say buy there. But Kohl's has an advantage. Dressing rooms. That's the only reason I shop there. Try before I buy. I like.”
“They ditched Jc pennys and teamed up with Kohls. Location is a little hard to get to but other than that i have no issues. You’ll find a huge parking lot with two newly installed universal EV chargers and be greeted by a mix of pleasant fragrances when you walk in. The Sephora section is plenty big and well lit with a few gift sets out in the isle so they make sure you don’t miss it. On a busy holiday Sunday I was greeted by friendly staff seconds after entering and answered a question I had.”
“I love this store! Listening to catchy music while you look around at all the things is a great stress reliever! Plus, you end up with a few great new pieces every time you go! Shopping therapy is REAL!”
