I pay for a membership at Costco so I will gladly wait patiently while they check my receipt. However, I don’t pay for a membership at Walmart. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone in there for something quick, just this week and I can’t even walk out without the receipt-checking lady trying to chase me down. LITERALLY. If WM thinks me or anyone else is stealing then I suggest the following:
1. Review one of the million CCTV recordings you have that show various angles of me making my purchases
2. During the self checkout process, don’t make it optional to have a receipt. Just give us the freaking receipt.
3. Remove self checkouts. Genius.
Listen lady, black hair and always on the grocery side.. I hate grocery shopping enough as it is. Don’t harass me on top of it. Me waving my receipt is good enough, and if Walmart doesn’t think so well then looks like you guys should look into revising your handbook. You know, more than one of us who shop at Walmart also work in customer service. I can promise you that you’re not supposed to chase your customers and customers are NOT obligated to show you their receipt. If the store wants training in customer service, let me know.

I’ve been a regular customer for over two years. I come here religiously after work every weekend and spend hundreds of dollars tonight. I was after a pack of boxers and the section that they were in was a complete mess. Bags of boxers opened things missing things in the wrong place, etc. so I was looking for my size that I needed and I noticed that there was the wrong size of boxer and one of the packs that I wanted to purchase so I was looking for, the other boxer that would match it was one size I had a size small and medium and I had one that I was Fumbling with the packs looking for the other medium, when I noticed an employee standing a little ways away from me, she really asked if I needed any help and I said no that’s OK. I’m good. I proceeded to continue what I was doing. I was trying to arrange everything and put everything back the best I could and I noticed that she was still standing there so I stopped I was doing and I looked at her and she just stared at me like I was a piece of trash. I got what I wanted, and I started recording because I was going to Vlog my buying the pack of boxers and put it on my Instagram because I have a big following 30,000 plus exact to be exact, they sent secret shoppers to walk down the aisle to see what I was doing, and they followed me around the store. I got to the shoes and a lady in a green T-shirt and red hair came up to me and told me that I was not allowed to record her associates. I explained to her that I did not record anybody that worked in the store that was simply recording for my Vlog the boxers that I was trying to purchase . she was pretty condescending and I felt very uncomfortable and unwanted. I decided that I would talk to the manager in charge of the store, and she just looked at me like she didn’t know what to do,I have been a regular customer that has been spending money in their store for the last two years. I have never been treated so horribly in my entire life and I do not ever want to experience that again. Oh, I forgot to mention that that lady in the green shirt actually came all the way out to the parking lot and stood in the middle of the parking lot while I was in my car, getting ready to leave . Like I was some kind of criminal or something
The only person that was nice to me that I actually enjoyed seeing was the sweet lady that works at the door. She has long blonde hair and glasses . I will miss her. You guys need to do better. Signed a former Walmart customer

Extremely poor grocery pick up service.
They have no order or consequences for their actions. They don’t care when you arrive despite your checking in. You will be lucky to get your order within 2 hours. Better off shopping yourself or better yet don’t buy groceries here. Finally when you complain they try to blame it on the app not working with some of their customers, and expect you to believe that. They just don’t care at all. They need a manager in that department that actually does their job.

I love the store, but don't care for some of the people working for you all. For example I'm a disabled person and I was at your store three Sundays ago right before closing and I was using a Riding Cart and I just checked out I was told to get off the Cart so they could put it away for the night, and I was forced to take my groceries and myself and walk the long way around to get out of the store and back to the car I came in. Is it in your policy to treat disabled like that? Because of so someone needs to turn you all in. The way I was treated was uncalled for and caused me health problems afterwards.
Walmart is at it again, sold me a T-Mobile phone that was a prepaid supposedly, but T-Mobile got hold of me and told me that they have me for a 24 mouth contact. I payed $25.00 for the phone and than T-Mobile said I had to pay them for the phone, so what does Walmart need my money for if I half to pay for the phone again. In other words Walmart pocketed the money and lied to their customers once again About everything that happened on the deal. And they need do anything to make anything right.

Need a razor attachment out of the glass case and waited for a customer service assistant to open it up for us. When she showed up, she was very rude and snapped at us that we were out of luck that she could not open the case without breaking the glass. Pretty she she didn't have a key and come up with a lame excuse. Walmart, your service has gone down the toilet.
