Dropped by Walmart to grab a small home office printer, as mine quit mid report. Found they had none in stock that used my current size of ink, which I had just bought yesterday.... Decided to just upgrade to a substantially more expensive model. As it was Friday early evening the store was busy and we used the self check out. Of course we ended up needing assistance as there were 4 different bar codes on the printer... Help was quick to arrive and we were on our way. NOPE! Approaching the door we were stopped by a female employee who asked if we had a receipt. I said "Yes, we do." and attempted to continue on my way. Employee moves in front of our cart, blocking us from leaving and demands to see it. My partner asks if there is a problem and we are again told to produce receipt. We ask why we would need to do that as we were literally steps from the register we just checked out at. She replied that we would need it for a return. I explained I was unconcerned with that outcome. She states she must see the receipt. We show her the receipt and do a prompt U Turn to customer service and return the printer, ink and few other items we had picked up. Got refunded cash at customer service, required a manager signature. Spoke to manager regarding this experience, she was unconcerned. Took the cash and went across the street to Target! Found even better printer AND it uses the same size ink I already have on hand! So saved $$$ This experience has cured mine and my partner's WalMart addiction, COLD TURKEY! Heads up Walmart, customer service DOES NOT mean self service, being barricaded and detained and treated like a criminal. We will be placing our grocery orders with Yokes and using Target for other items. Compare the reviews! It's shocking.

Date and time: 9/3/19 around 10:30 am This review is for the two male employees who helped me load groceries as they saw my struggle with a crying infant baby. One man loaded groceries in my car while the other collected the cart, teamwork! The store was clean and all employees that I came into contact while shopping were courteous and helpful. The full-service checkout lines were longer than anticipated but I was not in a hurry.

Update 8/18/2019. Just found out the managers a liar. During my last review about 3 weeks ago, a manager that I was complaining to said that the grocery pickup was getting 3 new bodies and that they are training. Overheard another employee this morning stating that they did not have anyone hired and its super busy... Bad for Wal*Mart standards, thats saying alot. Original review. Bad for even Wal*Mart standards. Whomever manages this store is absolutely incompetant. The employees are constantly kept at the bare minimum to keep running which results in long lines, and do not even think about using the grocery pickup during the 5 o'clock hour, unless you enjoy waiting 45 minutes to an hour for your groceries to be delivered to your car. Those associates are ran ragged and I geniunely feel bad that they do bot have enough support to get the job done. Sometimes the cheap price, just aint worth it. It's really bad when your review has to start with Bad for a Wal

I will never order a product online for pick up at this Walmart again. First, I had to wait forever for someone to help me even after I checked in at the kiosk. Then, they only had two of my three items, but we're charging me for the three items. The kid helping me said I had to talk to my bank about it. What? Lastly, the kid helping me was very rude. What a waste of time. Next time, I go to Kennewick.

Highly irritated. I have sat around after leaving my car for an oil change for about an hour so far just to be told now that they dont have enough synthetic oil of ANY kind to completely fill up and I would have to pay $10 extra for them to open a bottle of in store synthetic oil. Therefore, since I dont want to pay an extra $10 for them just finding this out an hour later, I am forced to get the semi synthetic I did not want. I really hope a manager see's this and note that I WON'T BE BACK.

I think this will be the last time I use Walmart grocery pick up. Putting one item in each plastic bag is not something I can handle. Even if you aren't big into the environment, it is plain ridiculous. The grocery employee who loaded my car suggested I bring my cloth bags and they would empty all the plastic bags into my cloth bags. I asked what then would they do with the 23 plastic bags? They would recycle them. Geez. What a waste. We had to run into the actual store to pick up some fruit and came out frustrated. Their stock was decimated, shelves were empty and it was tough to get around their trolleys being filled for the pick up service. They need to get more stockers and treat the actual in store customer better. I am frustrated with the whole thing. I only shop there due to their gluten free items. End up at another store for produce and good old Winco for regular items. Maybe it is time to cut the cord?

Good one stop shopping but they no longer accept competitors so I organize my shopping and end up at the competition more often now. Its cut my shopping at walmart in half.
