Incredibly rude staff every time I have gone in there. Snarky comments. Even the pharmacist is one of the most rude ones there is. Never had a single nice person every time I went in there, and I have literally had a different person each time I went in there. Even when I called they were incredibly rude. Will be looking for a new pharmacy. Don't go into a customer service job if you are going to always be rude to customers.

An honest mistake was made, when discovered. They corrected it, called to let me know it was fixed and owned up to it. These are characteristics of good business management.

Your new automated teller is the WORST!!!! It takes FOREVER, and it doesn't have options for numerical answers only. You can no longer enter multiple prescriptions at a single call, and then stupid recorded voice makes you repeat the same information and confirm like a zillion details. What a waste of time. The old system was just fine. Never had any issues with it before.Seriously, change it back. This is the worst update ever.I'll delete this review if you fix the problem. The people inside the office are awesome, and this should not reflect on them at all. Just that stupid-automated-waste-of-time-phone-refill-junk.

I thought I would try this pharmacy and I was really pleased! It didn't take long, the gal at the counter was very nice and very helpful! She noticed a price discrepancy and promptly fixed it. I got both of my refills, they were in stock and dispensed without any problems! First time in a year I am able to take them together. Kudos Richland! And...the pharmacist was kind and helpful! Thanks for dispensing the correct amounts, and thank you for charging me the real price with my insurance, I have been getting charged 20 dollars more for the last year 😀

In general provides out medicines without any problems. Just dony like the plastic shields that block communications.

I get a weekly prescription there and they always come on time even if they don’t I just have to call and a cpl minutes later it’s done. Since I go weekly I have seen the line very long and the pharmacy techs still kee their composure and friendliness. That is very rare nowadays I’ve seen customers yell at them and be very rude to them and they still stay classy. I’ve been to rite aide and I’ve had nothing but rude disrespectful customer service there. Since I switched to wal mart it’s been the best choice I’ve made. These guys deserve a raise and praise for be very good at what they do we are all human. I always get the guy with the blonde hair and he’s always very helpful too I don’t know his name but class act! Keep up the good work guys!

Nice people, but Ive been on the same meds for 10 years so Im tired of having to then again wait for another Pharmacist consult, its a further waste of my time, as nothing has changed in my RX.

I called on Friday to get my medication transferred from another pharmacy, they said it takes about 24 hours. They even sent me a text to sign up to receive notifications about my pick up. Gave them all of my information, come Tuesday afternoon I haven’t heard anything and when I call they tell me they have no information for me. This is incredibly irresponsible and Walmart will be held liable. Do your job correctly, these are people’s medications and lives in the hands of morons.
