Pharmacy is connect to urgent care that closes at 8pm. Pharmacy closes at 8 as well. The closed the window at 7:58 knowing that I was waiting. So glad I don't normally use this Walgreens with the consolidation and mail order prescriptions customer service is critical. They certainly did not pass that test!!

Summary: Service is slow. Clerks and pharmacy Techs are EXCEPTIONALLY cold, rude, and dismissive. Auto refill for medications is unreliable and cannot be trusted. Prescriptions are mishandled and sent to stores who-knows-where. And all this for higher prices than comparative drug stores! My Story: I speak for two locations in Tri-Cities. My Doctor is kitty-cornered from the Walgreens on Gage and Leslie Rd, so I selected them as my pharmacy and set up auto refill for two medications. One day I discovered I had only a few days left on one of them. I had to call and request a refill (no mention of auto-anything). When I arrived to pick it up the clerk/tech (after 3-4 minutes of searching) said it was at the Walgreens on George Washington Way in Richland (5 miles away). 'We could have them send it here,' she said without looking at me. 'ok, would they be able to send it by tomorrow? I'm almost out,' says I. The girl just continued looking at her computer screen, mumbled and typed, mumbled some more, 'well, I'll have to call them...' typed some more. Finally I said, 'ok, never mind, I'll go there and pick it up.' She said thank you and closed the mic, dismissing me like a piece of trash. I calmed down, drove to the other Walgreens and went in. Waited 10 minutes to get to my turn. The tech was less surly but certainly not friendly. On my way out I picked up a couple items and checked out at the front. The clerk was even worse! I lightly said I had not used their card system before and asked a question about it. In an irritated voice he said, 'just push the green button,' making it clear I was stupid for not knowing it. I left the store with a feeling of disgust. And that is the feeling I am reminded of whenever I drive by Walgreens. I am 60+ years old and have shopped at many drug stores. Most are not known for being super friendly, but Walgreens tops the list of the absolute worst!

I don't usually leave reviews. I know I should say nice things more often. Lol. It's graduation season and I came to Walgreens on George Washington Way to get my 60% off invitations and they almost let me walk out the door without envelopes. The photo manager literally knew what he was doing. He couldn't find the box so he just let me start to leave without them thankfully the checker at the front asked me if I got my envelopes , two days later I go back for a picture collage and they don't have the size poster board that they advertised on their website when I ordered so they just rolled it up and put it in a bag. When I asked, where is the heavy posterboard I paid for? They said oh we ran out. I still paid for it. The store is failing massively in the photo department. I wonder if the Walgreens on Gage Boulevard is any better?

The pharmacy techs here need to figure things out. They call you and tell you your prescription is ready and when you get there, it is not. They tell you it will be 2 hours, you can wait in a chair. Why did you call me then? And they need to learn how to speak to people on state medical. Don't talk down to them and embarrass them in front of a line of people. Very rude and I won't be back.

This is not okay to have people waiting close to an hour to speak with the pharmacy. I called the Safeway pharmacy up the street while still on hold and they answered in 30 seconds. And handled what I needed in two minutes. All while still on hold with these mouth breathers

Re passport pictures. Nothing bad to say about the staff, they are very nice and helpful. It is just that their photo printer is atrocious. I had the picture taken there once and another time I had the picture just sent there for print. First picture was so, so dark that I’m surprised it wasn’t rejected. Second was a very nice picture, but the dark print kinda ruined it.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. Waiting on hold with them is a joke, and 4 different times after waiting for over 20 minutes on hold, they disconnected the call on me. Up until there were 5 callers in line ahead of me and I could not speak to them prior to them closing. I had been trying to contact them for over 4 hours. Don't send prescriptions here, their customer service is non existent.

I've been with Walgreens for about 5 or 6 years. Recently, I've experienced 'quantity availability' issues with my Rx. I can call them on a Monday, confirm that they have the correct quantity in stock, and request a fill, or hold, on the Rx, only to come to the counter 4 days later (on THEIR instructed date) and be told that "someone else took that Rx to fulfill another customer's order.... and now we're low on stock," then end up walking away with only partial refills. When I ask if another Walgreens can complete the order, I'm told that the other store must initiate the request IF they have the quantity in stock, and that one cannot take a partial from one store, and finish the refill at another. Additionally, because of their insufficient supply ordering system, the use of their app or website is negated, because the app and website cannot register the availability of medications in stock. Therefore, when I try to use these 'convenient' services, I always receive 'your refill is delayed' messages. Now, my med history has been in their system for ages and they must be aware of what quantities should be ordered on a regular basis to meet the needs of their average customers, (especially after an advanced call has been placed to ensure this issue wouldn't repeat) while factoring in new refill requests, as well. It's just simple math (a sales projection to meet supply and demand should not be that difficult to calculate for such an established, large-chain pharmacy). In short, instead of simply placing a refill request, I find myself having to 'baby' their insufficient system and follow through the many portals of their Matrix just to meet my medical needs. It's exasperating, time-consuming, and somewhat humiliating (as no one wants to be construed as a 'pill chaser' by virtue of the fact that he/she/they are wanting to ensure the timely refill of their medication). I would rather go with another pharmacy (even if it's located further out) than deal with this every month.

Seriously the slowest pharmacy customer service. They can have four people behind the counter and still not be helping anyone inside or in the drive thru. If it wasn't for the workers that are nice at this pharmacy, I wouldn't go back at all.

Bob's is always a good place to take friends and family. Delicious burgers, tons of fries, and a great atmosphere for any occasion.
