Nice people in pharmacy but long phone waits up to 45 minutes once on the phone and Rxs rarely ready when promised. I don’t blame the hard working pharmacists and techs, but rather Walgreens. I guess ultimately, this is the new economy we live in. But I would still hope we could expect better.

Pharmacy temporarily closed due to staffing shortage. Need a prescription and had no idea this Walgreens was closed until I showed up. Now I have to work with another pharmacy to transfer the prescription. What a mess.

This location is always behind schedule, the drive through is jammed. If for some reason you need to call and talk to a pharmacist plan on waiting 30 mins or longer. Even inside at the counter it is frequently backed up with long lines. This place needs to hire more staff or open another location because it is very frustrating to do business here. I love the text message notifications, my interactions with the staff have generally been pleasant. If there is an issue with a prescription, that is when their issues really show. Just the other day they could not fill my prescription because they didn't order enough medication. They gave me a few pills to get by for a few days and I was told my prescription would be filled in full the next day. 3 days later, and no prescription still. I asked to tranfer to another pharmacy, but they said that was not possible since they partially filled it. I have had to call and sit on hold 30 mins each night so far. Tonight I called and they let me know that they got my medicine finally, but they forgot to fill my prescription because it was removed from the queue. I would have never known if I didn't call persistently, and it wouldn't have got filled. This has consumed hours of my time, and it is very frustrating, this is not the first time I have had issues like this and nobody there shows any sympathy, no apology, just rudeness. Go elsewhere until they fix their issues unless you can afford to be without your prescriptions for multiple days at a times. I have had these issues every 3 or 4 months, they have caused issues with travel, etc.It is now 1 month later, and the once again cannot fill my prescription because they didn't order enough. I tried to transfer to another location but they said they can't do that. The doctor has to cancel it, then call it in to the other walgreens in town. Moral of the story is I will go days without medication just because I had it sent to this walgreens. I need to travel tomorrow, hope I get my meds in time....

Staff are friendly and everyone has their personalities. Great place to get some convenient store items, don't expect things to be the cheapest, but take advantage of their cash rewards program and BOGOs.

I wish I could leave a zero star review. I've never seen such a poorly-run business. Multiple times now they have called us, texted us, and told us when we called them, that the scripts are ready, only to show up and be told it hasn't been filled and will be at least a 10 minute wait. We drive over 5 miles to use this pharmacy.Yesterday when I told them this is unacceptable, the girl just looked me with zero emotion and said "ok". I told them they were close to losing our business, same dead "ok" response. So they have lost our business. I highly recommend using ANY OTHER pharmacy.

(I do NOT use Walgreens for medicine)This is a cool store and has some diverse items and snacks. Gotten some kewl fidgets here and some good snacks and drinks. I recommend going here if ya want some chap stick, lotion, toys, snacks, and drinks!

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy department. They don't even answer the phone. I got hung up on after waiting on the phone for 30 minutes. My doctor calls me to let me know when he's finished calling in a prescription for me, but 3 hours later the staff tell me no one has called in any prescriptions for me. This happens every time I get medication. Eventually I get a notification saying it's ready for pickup. It's so frustrating. It's so frustrating to wait half a day for an antibiotic. I'm changing to a different pharmacy.

Worse experience I went to go pick up my order for curbside. They said curbside wasn’t available for me to go through the drive-through went through the drive-through just for the worker at the pharmacy to be very rude then to be told, they couldn’t give me my order I had to physically come in. Pharmacy worker rolling her eyes and was very annoyed !
