Pharmacy is ran by clowns. It's literally like a circus watching them all do a whole lot of nothing in the pharmacy. Jake thought he was a pretty slick dude and made some pretty out of pocket statements to customers and me. He's going to say the wrong thing to the wrong person one of these. Hopefully he wises up and the head manager who returns calls for complaints, etc, is unprofessional, & I promise he won't last long with this company.

I absolutely dread picking up at this store. Even my Dr's office has told me they have issues. The customer service is nonexistent. They recently just closed on the weekends which says it all.

Received a call back from a "MaNaGeR" after weeks of having a reference number on a complaint filed. This pharmacy made up incorrect dates and comments that were supposedly made when I filed a report against them. Jake thinks it's pretty funny to laugh at people in the pharmacy in medical crisis who need their medication. His response is to put your refill ticket at the bottom of the fill order box and make you a non priority which can take days to fill. Not only does his boss defend him and his unprofessional actions, he is condescending and gaslights patients over the phone to justify their incorrect actions and behaviors. To lie and say they can't alter dates after I spoke with 2 different people who've worked pharmacy jobs for 20+ years and they both have worked for Walgreens and said you can easily change the pickup date in the system to be something different than the correct one. It takes Manger override or their Passcode. Not only did the person who call decide to be a troll, they thought that being a condescending person would help them. The conversation was recorded and being forwarded to corporate. Jake needs to find a new profession because customer service and pharmacy tech is not the correct one for him. No wonder this pharmacy is rated 2 stars

Pretty unprofessional cashier seems to find it ok to be speaking ill in a racist content with customers. Just not the conversation that should be going at a work place.

Pharmacy closes whenever they feel like it. Not even 8pm, and they were "closed". They really need to fix their automated call system.

Pharmacy is connect to urgent care that closes at 8pm. Pharmacy closes at 8 as well. The closed the window at 7:58 knowing that I was waiting. So glad I don't normally use this Walgreens with the consolidation and mail order prescriptions customer service is critical. They certainly did not pass that test!!

Summary: Service is slow. Clerks and pharmacy Techs are EXCEPTIONALLY cold, rude, and dismissive. Auto refill for medications is unreliable and cannot be trusted. Prescriptions are mishandled and sent to stores who-knows-where. And all this for higher prices than comparative drug stores! My Story: I speak for two locations in Tri-Cities. My Doctor is kitty-cornered from the Walgreens on Gage and Leslie Rd, so I selected them as my pharmacy and set up auto refill for two medications. One day I discovered I had only a few days left on one of them. I had to call and request a refill (no mention of auto-anything). When I arrived to pick it up the clerk/tech (after 3-4 minutes of searching) said it was at the Walgreens on George Washington Way in Richland (5 miles away). 'We could have them send it here,' she said without looking at me. 'ok, would they be able to send it by tomorrow? I'm almost out,' says I. The girl just continued looking at her computer screen, mumbled and typed, mumbled some more, 'well, I'll have to call them...' typed some more. Finally I said, 'ok, never mind, I'll go there and pick it up.' She said thank you and closed the mic, dismissing me like a piece of trash. I calmed down, drove to the other Walgreens and went in. Waited 10 minutes to get to my turn. The tech was less surly but certainly not friendly. On my way out I picked up a couple items and checked out at the front. The clerk was even worse! I lightly said I had not used their card system before and asked a question about it. In an irritated voice he said, 'just push the green button,' making it clear I was stupid for not knowing it. I left the store with a feeling of disgust. And that is the feeling I am reminded of whenever I drive by Walgreens. I am 60+ years old and have shopped at many drug stores. Most are not known for being super friendly, but Walgreens tops the list of the absolute worst!

They are constantly short staffed, which makes getting anything done in a timely manner impossible. Walgreens needs to treat their employees better. It not only makes it better for those that work here, but the customers too. I only use this pharmacy as a last resort.

If you need to get Passport photos done, be sure to get them when the older woman isn't there. She refuses to do Passport photos and will come up with any half-@ssed excuse not to do them; going so far as to say that "you're wearing a coat and they don't accept that,"

Worst place to go for prescriptions. Lines backed up constantly no matter the time. Walgreens needs to get it together.

Very incompetent when it comes to diabetic supplies and working with physicians and other Walgreens in a different state. We finally said forget it and went to Save On pharmacy and got what we needed with in just a couple of days

The kid that was working doesn't have any idea how to deal with customers' questions or how to give good customer service. I bought 3 items and wanted to put money on a card and he told me that id have to go to the back of the line because other people were waiting in line and since I had multiple transactions I would need to go to the end of the line. Excuse me?! Seriously?! I just stood in line behind someone for line 10 minutes because their cards didn't work. BUT I'VE GOT TO GO TO THE BACK OF THE LINE BECAUSE I HAVE "MULTIPLE" TRANSACTIONS?! Serious FAIL Walgreens! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO MULTI-TASK!
