way understaffed. too busy all the time. whenever you try to call them, your wait time is about 40 minutes.... and when you do get through it is a very very very very very very fast conversation and click hang up, or be put on hold for another 40 minutes. going to be using another store from now on.

This place is the absolute worst, if I could give it negative stars I would. The staff is incredibly rude, they are invasive about your medications when it’s actually none of their business, unless there is a possible conflict of medications. They also keep messing up my insurance, which hasn’t changed in the last three years. But somehow they keep messing it up. Even after I gave them my insurance card. Not to mention the fact that I went there the other day, and instead of sending out any type of notification that they were closed because their systems were down, they just had a sign on their drive-through window that said, closed nearest Walgreens Gage Boulevard. Like, are you serious? The Walgreens app in and of itself as a joke, they never have the medication ready when they say that it will be ready. I am honestly certain the only reason they’re still in business, is because almost all the pharmacies are this way. Just garbage, and they know that we need our medicine, so it’s not like we can just stop going there and using their service.

Terrible service today at the pickup window.I have been sitting in line for over 30 minutes and I was only 5 cars back to start. I still have two cars in front of me. Hire some people. Is this America or Russia?

1 star is a stretch. How do you like asking questions regarding your prescriptions and getting eye rolls from the pharmacy tech. How about calling in before you come down to work out an insurance issue that they failed to handle and to show up and get same eye roll and glare and no explanation as to how they're going to fix the issue. How about being asked to come in from Drive thru while there supposedly working on something and then have to talk to an entirely different person and have to explain yourself yet again. This place is trash. The customer service needs an entire revamp. I'm sure they're good people there but the negative outweigh the good -TEN fold. Fill your prescriptions elsewhere, unless your into subpar customer service and the blatant disregard for helping people. Some of these people must not understand the value demonstrating empathy and compassion in a pharmacy setting - which should be a priority. Hey Walgreens do better...until then my family is taking its business elsewhere and you should too!

Every time I’ve had to call before coming down here I spend over an hour on hold. They made mistake after mistake after mistake with my medication. I’m going back to rite aid. I only came here because Rite Aid no longer took my children’s insurance. I would rather change insurance companies and stick with Rite Aid than deal with Walgreens like this.

Horrible customer service. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they're going to be. This time I waited 3 days after I ordered and they still weren't ready

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Don't ever get a vaccine appointment here and certainly don't check-in online. I tried twice to only have to stand in line, once for 25 minutes, once for 45 minutes, for the appointments that I scheduled and checked in online for. Each time after waiting, I was told to sit and wait my turnOnce I told them I was there. During these 70 minutes I spent waiting in their line, I had ample time to observe the unorganized, incompetency of the pharmacy here. Don't waste your time.

Waited in drive thru for 1/2 hour only to have blinds lowered on me. What other pharmacy completely shuts down in the middle of the day? Beyond frustrated.

Trash customer service. I used to regularly go here no issues. Recently things have changed. Needed a prescription filled post op antibiotics, they wouldn't fill it because my married name is different than my current insurance card. I am double covered the other insurance isn't contracted through Walgreens so they sent me on my way without my antibiotics. This isn't the first time i have been turned away and left empty handed. Time before this they refused to bill my secondary and told me pay full price or don't get my daughters medication. I had to call another Walgreens to actually explain what the issue was as this pharmacy really doesn't care. After YEARS of using this place, i am done. I highly recommend no one waste their time, energy or anything for that matter at this Walgreens Pharmacy. Go somewhere where you're appreciated and the staff genuinely cares because this one doesn't.
