I went on Jan 10 at this location, biggest mistake ever. I believe the verizon tech was Curran Stolk, i asked if he could help me check if I was able to pay off my phone and save a little on each bill. I thought he was able to check and knew what he was doing. He did not once notify me that I'll loose my promotion and that it was going to cost me over $3000 for 4 lines and he didn't explain to me or even let me know that it's nonrefundable or stating in details about the contract that I'm signing. He didn't even once tried to communicate with me he just straight to the point like ok lady you want to pay off your phone ok let's do this and he didn't even care about the rest. If I knew that I'll loose my promotion that it had cost over 3000 I would not pay it bc I can't afford it. If he had told me my total was that much I definitely would not pay that at all I came in trying to lower my bill before my surgery and I'm not try to add more stress. I understand that it's completely my fault bc I trusted this verizon rep but ive always go into verizon and whoever helps me would always remind me and inform me that its not time so pay it off or they would advice you to wait because it not worth and etc. I've been with verizon for over 10 years and something like had never happened before. I kept questioning him when I made the payment and until I got to the 5th line I found out that yes ill loose my promotion and even the phones that i had traded in he said he's not sure what my promotion is bc it's not at his store but i talked to any verizon rep they said once they pull up my account they're able to see it. So I just don't get it. Curran is not acknowledgable and he doesn't care at all.(atleast for me). This situtaion had caused me so much stress and I've been an emotion wreck. I trusted him I really thought it was 799 to pay off all my phones when I first enter my card info on the first doc it shows the price and the next 3 were blanks it does not show the price at all . Maybe we both misunderstood each I'm not sure I asked him to stop the payment when I found out that I longer have my promotion and that i had bought out my phones so if hadn't ask him questions I wouldn't know and I'll keep entering my card information for alll my lines I have a total of atleast 8 lines so imagine if I hadn't stop him in time. thatll be 799 x 8 that's ridiculous I paid 4 lines for 3000 he wasn't able to stop the payment except 1 or it would of been 5 . I'm over here crying everyday because of my dumb mistake I should have left I had this feeling that he didn't want to help me he never once ask me hows your day and etc I've been a loyal customer to verizon and just because the I bought out my phone no one is willing to help me I tried to stop the payment right when I found out but he said I can't cancel it I understand I signed a contract but I did not knew that it's nonrefundable or anything I didn't even once inform or try to communicate with me or let his customer know what's shes getting her self into . I called 1800 number almost every day and weekbut no could do anything bc it's my fault that I bought out the phone. I'm so tired of everything at this point and I just don't get it or do I think it's fair.

If I could only give 6 stars, I would. Baca was very nice and very patient! He helped me look through so many deals to figure out which worked for me and my budget. He didn't rush me and even stayed after closing to make sure everything was working! I can not say enough good things! Definitely would recommend this location for all your Verizon needs and work with Baca if you get the chance!

Jared Schab was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful in conducting business. It's been a pleasure doing business with Verizon. Having a customer service background, I expect good service. He did not disappoint. Looks like Verizon expects the same so this is a very good fit!

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a cellular store. Curran was the most friendly, helpful and courteous. Set us up with new phones, watches, took the time to completely set up new phones. Waited for them to transfer data, etc. highly recommend this location! They wanted to make sure our young kids were happy and comfortable for the visit. Super happy with the experience. All went well and he explained each aspect of the change to our bill.
