Consistently Unreliable & Incompetent ServiceI have had the misfortune of dealing with UPS for the past few months, and I can confidently say that their service is ridiculous. The staff inside their store seem to have zero knowledge about their own operations, leaving customers like me to navigate through the confusion all on our own.But that's not even the worst part. Not once, but twice in the last two months, UPS drivers managed to deliver my packages to the wrong address. This level of inadequacy shows how careless UPS is about handling training for new drivers. It’s like I paid the shipping & handling for nothing. When they do decide to "attempt" a delivery, it's almost as if they have a knack for choosing the most inconvenient times when I'm not home to sign for the package. Such as 9:22 PM on a Friday night!What's even more infuriating is their complete failure to provide accurate information about store pickup availability. I mean, how hard can it be to write down a date on a note? It's clear that UPS doesn't value its customers' anymore.Dealing with UPS has been a constant source of frustration, stress, and wasted time. Their lack of competence, combined with their disregard for customer convenience, has proven to be ineffective and it would be nice to see them back in their prime but right now I would say their lower than USPS.

While my local UPS driver misdelivered my package, Becky at the George Washington Way location went out of her way to help me with the insurance claim. The new claim website is not user friendly which was super frustrating for me. Becky was calm and understanding and provided solutions that resulted in reimbursement for the minimum insurance amount and the cost of my shipping.Thank you Becky!

I came to drop off a box off for return around 2:40PM on 7-7-23 and the lady who helped me at the register was super friendly and helpful with the process. Sorry, I didn't get your name otherwise I'd write it down! Great service!

I come here all of the time for shipping, printing, Amazon returns, and have also had packages held here on occasion. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. It's definitely my preferred shop in the area.

The UPS in Richland on G-way is where I go when I need to make copies everyone is so friendly and helpful!!!

The blode girl with long hair is always rude, never smiles unprofessional. The prices here were higher then other Richland location I checked. They always put usps down.

The store hours say it closes at 7pm - I arrive and see a notice on the door that they are closing at 6pm today for a staff meeting. This is the worst service ever because a customer would have no way of knowing until they are already there (and too late) with zero option for back up plan. For any other business - you would run your staff meeting without interruption to normal service.

This store use to be open on Saturday and till 19:00(7pm) Monday-Friday. Looks like UPS has abandon this George Washington Way Richland store and its customers cutting hours and dropping Saturday service. All for the new Richland store on Duportail St as this store now has hours similar to the abandoned store. Thanks UPS for doing the customers of the George Washington Way store a big disservice! A new store and or COVID-19 is a poor excuse for abandoning customers! Open 9-5 M-F is NOT service! Some of your customers work till 17:00(5pm)! Again Thanks for the abandonment!

I have owned a Personal Mailbox at this location (UPS Store 4420) for almost 4 years...I do regular business here, sending and receiving packages I don't trust to the front stoop. As long as I have been here, there is a young lady named Madison, who has been here longer! Always helpful! Knows me by my box number...; always a friendly greeting... I haven't had a single problem with this location.

The staff doesn't sort and distribute the mail daily. The UPS/USPS Tracking will show your package was delivered, which it was. But the staff will lie to your face and tell you they don't have it. The CANT that manages the place is very unprofessional and doesn't like being put on the spot with a Postal Inspector.
