Great place! Super friendly and kind. I needed to exchange US dollars to Mexican Pesos and they went out of their way to help me out. Would highly recommend and would use in the future. Call ahead to give them a heads up on which currency you are looking for!

If you are In the tri cities and want to buy or sell gold or silver, you will have the best experience at Tri city Vault in Richland. Honestly the only reason to go into the other coin shop is so you can see how much better Tri City Vault is!

I am so grateful for the help these guys did for me and my husband. My mom died at 92 yrs old a couple of years ago and she collected coins and jewelry. Thanks to the help of these guys I was able to liquidate the coins recently and I will be moving on to the jewelry soon as I organize what I have. It was not stressful, but an informative and good experience to have their help in showing me the value of mom's coins. I totally trusted I was getting a fair and honest price for the coins. I will be going back!!

Finally after visiting two places I came upon these guys-they are brothers that run this shop and they really know the business-I got more $ from my jewelry than any other place and I’m so glad I stopped in-they can be trusted to give you what your silver and gold are worth and I highly recommend them!!

These guys are crooks.i took 218 lbs of mixed coins there .they said they would pay me face value. that should have been my first red flag. Then they said I had to leave them to run thru there machine.a few days later I went back to get payed. Buy the weight it should have been $2400 to $2600 they gave me 1600 and a list of the wieghts for all the coins and the weight only added up to 150lbs I took in 4 buckets and they gave me 3 empty buckets back they admitted there was a mistake and agreed to send me a ck for $800 they sent 350 and will not pay the balance as they promised.Stay away for they stoled 450 dollars from me!!!
