No stars if I could. Worst attitudes ever. They treat renters like servants and shame you for their cheap buildings. And worst service ever. Managers, especially main office lady is RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. If you stand up for yourself they find a way to wrote you up for anything. They make everything personal. best thing I ever did was move out. Everyday I was stressed and anxious about what they would complain about and I was NEVER home. Worst attitude in Richland. Most stuck up employees I’ve ever dealt with in my life!!!

Can’t beat the price for the area. Mostly quiet living environment. We did have mice when we first moved in, dealt with them for over a year. The office didn’t seem to care much until I sent them pictures of how bad it was. I was on the second floor and they were on my balcony, ruined some of my clothes and got in my vacuum. So beware of that risk. Had a neighbor below us for quite some time that worked in the office and she said she found one in her baby daughters room- they moved shortly after that. Another issue was I didn’t open my door for an unwanted and uninvited guest because I didn’t want to see them- the next thing I knew the main office lady opened the door and let them in my apartment without my consent or permission. Bottom line, you get what you pay for. Really liked all the people that worked there except the main office lady, she always had a bit of an attitude that I did not enjoy and she always made me feel uncomfortable. Would recommend this place for anyone having a hard time and this is all they can afford at the moment- everyone else I would say keep looking as it’s more trouble than it’s worth.

I do not recommend living in these apartments. The worst management ever, probably the most rude people i have ever met. The apartment next door are busy with people coming in and out your scared you car is going to get stolen or broken into (like my mothers did). But over all the worst management ever they should hire new people asap

For one thing you can hardly beat the rent price for the area it’s in. It is old and not fancy if that’s your need? Comfortable and quiet and better than I expected. Staff are good and quick to get back to you if not immediately available. I am Divorced and came from a beautiful new home that I lost and I am still satisfied with the apartment and price.

If you are planing to live here try and not do a year lease or longer. We moved with 2 months left in our lease and they said they would charge us 100 dollars per month for braking the lease. We fully cleaned the apartment and only thing we left was the carpet since they do that themselves. When I got my deposit back they said I had to pay 100 per month since the time we lived there. They also found someone who took over the apartment and they had me pay the last rent. So they charged me 1200 dollars instead of 200 for braking the lease. 900 for my last payment witch I should have been pro-rated for only 10days, and 1000 on deposit. Out of 1900 we only got back 600 dollars. So they will charge you 100 dollars per month from first month to last month. THEY ARE NOT YOUR FRIEND AND ARE NOT TRYING TO HELP YOU OUT.

Pro: it's a roof over my head.Con: I got in just before covid really start, rates were great. But now they insist on hiking rent every 6 months (won't let me take a year at a time) until rates hit the area average claiming it isn't them it's the state. Right. Apartment is very poorly insulated. My 1 bedroom cost me over $200 in electric and I keep the thermostat around 63-65! (Even covered windows and fireplace up to stop some of the heat loss.) And the buildings are definitely starting to show wear and tear. Wishing I could afford to move on...

Beware! This place is falling apart. If you want to run your A/C or heater it's going to cost you a fortune. Oh, and that ad you see for them online that says they're Pet Friendly, but doesn't give you a price? I'll tell you what it is. $500! That's for 2 pets, but if you have just one cat, it's still $500. Oh, it's refundable when you move out, as long as there's no damage. But, there's always damage as far as they're concerned, of course. Talk about a shake down! That's just a ridiculously high fee.

Lived here back in 2018. I had a fantastic experience there. The apartments themselves were very reasonably priced, clean, and quiet even with many families living there. Staff were always fantastic. I had a couple minor requests to which they promptly attended. While living there, I was interning for a company. During that time, I received a full time offer in another state. The apartment staff worked with me to minimize penalties I would incur to break the lease early! I didn't realize how rare it was at the time. If I ever find myself living in that area again, I will likely start off in Timbers should I choose to live in an apartment. To this day it is still the best apartment I have lived in.

My wife and I are "seasoned citizens" and I can honestly say that the Office Personnel have taken the time to know us, not simply as people that bring in money every 30 days but as friends. They have gone out of their way to help us in any way possible and we truly feel like part of a family here. I will not seek another apartment because we have found the very best in Richland!

I have lived in Timbers for close to two years and I had very good experience in this place. Leasing people are overall very friendly and knowledgeable. This community having friendly atmosphere and dog friendly. They also do offer covered up garage space for your car which is very helpful as richland has crazy summer and winter season.

Carport has fallen twice on vehicle during heavy snowing. Apartments did not help and home insurance doesn't apply to vehicles. So a total loss. Mold problems. Stink bug issues. Dead plants and p*** all over the neighborhood. Different staff and maintenance crew changes every other year. Rude management. Your not allowed to barbecue. Loud neighborhood and crime/vandalism.

Had a great experience living at these apartments for over a year. My apartment was extremely affordable and spacious. They buildings are dated, but well maintained. No overhead lighting but great natural light. Laundry not being in-unit was a minor annoyance but the shared laundry facilities were close to all units. The complex was consistently quiet. I had a positive experience with the move out process; no false claims and received my deposit back due to cleanliness. Overall, I highly recommend Timbers if you are not looking for the "fanciest" or newest amenities. Fair priced and safe!
